All excellent attention, cleanliness, all the very helpful staff from the sr who controls access to the place, maintenance staff, security, lobbie, kitchen, waiters all excellent, make sure you do not miss anything. Well we are still here and although the weather does not favor (there is a cold front) I can highly recommend this Hotel, excellent service since we arrived and daily they have supported us in everything we need, the cabins that are where we are staying great as they commented, perfect view and everything here inside from food, pool and beach to the side.
they have bar service and provide you with board games.
I come back without hesitation.

Third time I visit them, good rest, common areas and clean rooms, the beach also nice and quiet, have changed some things the food before was much better this time I was disappointed with the pastas. Now it is forbidden to put coolers which is understood but they do not give the option to buy drinks or water after 7pm that the restaurant closes and in the rooms and cabins there is no water! The reception staff very friendly and the waiters of the restaurant also attentive. Overall good place with some details to improve to make the experience magical.

It is unfortunate it was a place that we liked very much we recommend it to family and friends for years we liked it very much but.
in this last visit we lived a bad experience in several aspects
The hotel was full when they told us in the reservation that they only received in 30% of their capacity for Covid times
In his food menu he apparently had a reduction in Variety and there were not many dishes nor shrimp which is like something elementary
In the room we were given only a hammock outside and nothing more to sit thing than in other rooms if there were even cockroaches I touch see
I repeat it is unfortunate because for us as a family it was the best place to rest

Very quiet, good facilities, the manager very friendly with us. Some problems with the Wifi. But facilities very neat and clean, with a concept very father. Highly recommended if you're looking for a holiday trankilas.

Excellent option to rest and enjoy with your family. It's worth analyzing a couple of things:
Room number 8 is not option, you can not sleep because the air conditioner is poorly located, and has no fan.
The restaurant is not cheap, they could have all their guests always from the hotel if they analyze and better locate their prices.

Good Place to spend a weekend, the menu of the restaurant offers little. But It's a good place.

I loved the water pressure in the shower, the delicious food in the restaurant, and the cocktails the bartender prepared.
I do not put the 5 stars for the following reasons:
Uncomfortable getting to the room and full of little ones with bans and "suggestions" of behavior and that there is not a single letrerito with the key to Wi-Fi.
They refuse to bring pets but the German shepherd who lives there, walks around the hotel as if she were the bitch of the owner (which I know if it is…)
The announced lounge to be able to watch TV, had no TV… Thanks, I couldn't see the American in the playoffs.
That's why I read that the pool had boiler and if so, it was definitely not on and if not, put it, don't be gachos, the water was freezing, I couldn't stand it for five minutes inside.
Still, I would recommend the place and come back.

A good hotel, in a quiet place. Comfortable rooms and beautiful even though simple. The food is rich and varied, the pool was very clean and the service on the beach very good. You can ask for a bonfire on the beach, but is if before 5 pm to prepare.

The habitacoones are rustic, the beds very comfortable and the service excellent. The food is a little on the pricey side but it is very rich in general. The perfect place to rest.

A beautiful and quiet place. Hot water in the bathrooms and all very comfortable. The sea was cold because we went in December, but all good.

This place is amazing. It's cozy but with a resort feel. The staff are really friendly and treated us great. Eckar was awesome and speaks English which came in handy lol. There's very little Wi-Fi here which is great so everyone can actually enjoy the vacation. I came here with my kids and my parents and brother. Some slept in the cabana and others in a room, both have their advantages. Cabanas have no TV so you can completely unplug and it gets cool at night despite no air conditioning. Rooms have air conditioning and a TV so if you can't rough it too much than that's a great option. The ocean was beautiful, the sand sparkled. There's also plenty of other things to do. The picture below shows the view from my cabana (11). On the right there's a small soccer field, the middle a heated pool and behind that a trampoline and on the left you can play ping pong (not pictured). And the view speaks for itself. They also have volleyball as well. If you're gonna do the cabana I would suggest downloading a couple movies just in case you want to just chill. We all loved it here.

Gorgeous clean, ask for room 9. Spacious with sea view and two large beds. The food is very tasty and plentiful, the service friendly and helpful. Beware of the mosquitoes.

The hotel is well maintained, clean. The food is very good with some exceptions (aguachiles not hot enough). I made a reservation but on arriving they did not have it available so they offered me a better room for the same price. The beds are very, very comfortable, but they were full size, a bit small for a couple used to King Size. The beach is clean but not outstanding. It was relaxing and ideal for a quick getaway. Mojitos were awesome.
