A very comfortable and very cozy hotel. Good facilities and clean.
The only problem is that of the 2 restaurants not 1 is made. The Restaurant upstairs takes a long time to serve the food.
The Buffete Restaurant on Sundays give very bad service because they do not have staff to serve people. The Mrs. Grill is in high demand and it takes a lot of time to serve the food. The guy who serves the Buffete for a while serves it and another time goes out to attend the tables.
And if that were not enough, the Beach Restaurant is the same thing they take too long to serve than because they have to bring the food from the Restaurant above and when things arrive at the table, they are already very cold. And the waiters can't keep up with going back and forth for food.
It is really a good hotel but I consider that the part of the Restaurants have it with very bad service and lack of staff. Both in the kitchen and as waiters.

Very bad service, it's been over a month and they can't bill me.

Terrible service from the staff, I have been requesting an invoice for more than a month and they hang me up and give me long… plus they didn't tell me that their system didn't work until I had already paid. If you need to invoice do not trust yourself because they do not deliver their invoices.

The staff is over the top friendly, our room was great, clean, well equipted and plenty of warm water. The food was fantastic breakfast and dinner was reasonably priced. I would recomend this to all our friends that want to visit a quaint out of the way beach location. I cant say enough about how enjoyable our stay has been.

The service was very good! Especially the attention of Chef Juan and the delicious food.
My only but are the bathrooms that are communal of the hotel, they were very dirty and the doors always open, like the one outside the spa, outside the reception and outside the restaurant.
From there on out I would definitely come back.

It is the third time we visited them, this last time we find the facilities very sloppy and the dirty beach I hope they do not drop it.

It is a nice hotel, very familiar, lacks a little toilet in corridors and stairs to the building next to the parking lot, lacks toilet to the pool hot water, what I did not like the bathroom was that you finish bathing and the water stays like pool, stagnant for a while, the blinds are unhelpful, they would look better some verticals, the restaurant and the spa are very good. The staff is very nice and friendly, there are always clean towels. The beach is very clean.

The videos on the page promise much more than it actually is. The attention left a lot to be desired, during our stay the Wi-Fi was very poor and we could never solve it. Besides, there were a lot of ants in the room. Highly recommended the tour in ATV by the dunes.

Beautiful hotel right on the quiet beach. The staff are very friendly. We didn't have enough time for the activities on offer. Our one-hour trip by boat to a nearby river was very impressive. For quad biking in the dunes, mini golf, spa, boat trip to the reef etc. We must and will we come back.

The truth was a lousy experience, as my room was delivered until 8:00 pm, when the reservation told me they would deliver at 3:00pm and that if it was before so they would, and so I brought with arguments like: not yet this list, in 30 minutes, where we will be we take the key etc etc etc, plus I got a room that had no partial view of the sea, arguing that the reservation did not say anything, which when making the reservation offered, and then argued that s E gave preferential treatment to the members, the indoor pool was not working, the next day I had to tell them to make the room at 4:00 pm as they neither their lights, drunks screaming at the reception at 2:00 am, really a horrible experience for M I and my family, in Yes, a hotel of appearance, they have no idea what a resort.

Out of service is the favorite word of this hotel, the elevator, indoor pool or restaurant. Comfortable rooms but they never do their best to give you before 3pm, they even deceive arguing that the delivery is ALA 4pm putting a sign in reception. In my visit you can see that the indoor pool apparently never cleaned, has a dirty aquarium smell, the rooms do not get the suficuente sign of the hotel's internet, no phone signal inside any rooms, the spa schedule is not respected, the gym does not work well the treadmills neither bicycles nor elliptical, do not give maintenance, the field of Golfito in the same way is very deteriorated, very high its price for the little that can be enjoyed in that hotel.

The Hotel was one of the best in the area for a while, until they changed the administration. I Have seen it deteriorate in several respects, for example the food service. The Price is high, not included in the price of the room and they strive more in the presentation than the seasoning. The rooms are comfortable but lacking things and repairing Them. Obviously we did not ASEAN the pools and much less the beach which is a shame because it used to be very beautiful. However, food businesses, motorcycles, and street vendors have proliferated; which has deteriorated the environment in a growing way. The location it's very nice, you have a lot of things to do like going to the beach, use the motorcycle to go to the sand dunes and it's very wonderful, you can also relax in the spa, and if it's cold outside you can use the indoors pool, the prices are a little high but it's a very nice place to stay, the attention it's very good too.

One of the best options to stay within the beaches of Cancun, its rooms are really good for the cost that manages the hotel, its pool although this a little small is very nice and nice to have a good time inside it, besides having exit to L To Playa de Chachalacas where there is an exclusive seat for people who stay inside the hotel. Besides this it has an excellent Míni bar where you can play billiards, eat a la carte food, drink some drinks, play video games, watch TV, etc. Overall one of the best hotel options on the beach.

Very disappointed in restaurant. Only one open of three. Only 3 wines available and wine extremely expensive. In room blind was missing.

I really liked it hence it has a lot of bad music and they turn it off until 9 pm, so that was a little bit annoying but besides that it has great beds, I really liked everything and it also has a lot of activities like four wheelers tours and more, the Wi-Fi at my room (302) wasn't vey good. It's a great hotel, I recommend it.

Sweet, quiet hotel right on the beach. Far and wide is no other hotel, so it is very quiet. If you're looking for time off, that's just the right choice.
The rooms are clean and have everything important.
In addition to a beach that the hotel takes care of, there is a pool with bar (very pleasant and delicious! ).
