Terrible service, bad treatment, change of costs, very expensive for the little functional it offers and location far from the center of Tlax.

I love the hotel Xiadani, is a place of escape and relaxation, take a temazcal bath followed by a massage is the glory. The restaurant food is rich, a little slow the service but it is understood because everything is prepared at the time. The only but in this visit was that the water of the shower was not very hot, from there on out everything was pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel.

Such a cute little boutique hotel. Excellent customer service and I really appreciated the room service. I ordered the creamy Chipotle rabbit, and the sauce was delicious, but the rabbit was so tough I couldn't even eat it. The bed was comfy, and I did appreciate having a TV in my room, but the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough to reach my room most of the time. Everything was very clean.

One of the most beautiful places to rest in the middle of an great mini forest. The service is always keen to look after your demands.

Great place, great service. The only presented issue was that there was any hot water when I needed it. So I had to ask for it to the reception people. The worst thing is the water system. You could never calibrate the water, never. Or it is cold or it is hot.

Very spacious and nice rooms, rest very well and even if they have events in their rooms is not able to listen to the rooms so you rest excellent.
