Muy elegante, muy bonito y ubicacion muy buena.

Good place. Bad attention by staff. The receptionist left party at night and left the place alone. There was no one to attend.

Best, cleanliness, attention, comfort, location, food. A pleasant stay. Very highly recommended. Excellent.

The pool is very spacious, although the water is cold.

A very nice, colonial and well located hotel. The rooms are decent though they could improve, the food is rich and the attention good. Near the parking lot they have a lovely branch tunnel and a very nice pool.

The place is beautiful, right in front of the main square. Only the property is worth it. If you don't plan on staying, at least go ahead and have a drink.

Excellent place with beautiful rooms to stay in Tlaxcala, a lot of hygiene and good service, has indoor pool, conference rooms and also is located in the heart of the city so this redead of good restaurants and nightlife is Just a few steps away.

For the attention that is offered, it is a place that on the par of being very ample offers a view of the architectonic and shows a complete range of services, the services that offers are excellent and the location is more than well. It is highly recommended.

It's all great. The attention, the pool. The building itself is worth staying and the location is unbeatable: In the heart of Tlaxcala.

Well, the truth is not so good. The price is not fair with respect to the quality of the hotel. The pool is not heated, and the rooms are not so technical. But if you have a certain luxury if the traditional is your taste. But if you compared it to other hotels that charge the same there is a big difference.

In this central hotel and that brings me many memories for being a historic house. Now is a space where the visitor of Tlaxcala has opportunity to be in the center of the CD and in a cozy space.

Although I did not stay in the hotel I was able to enter one of the rooms to visit a friend who is a bullfighter I loved the place the pool is huge and the kids really enjoy it for the adults there is a very nice bar inside the hotel and a resting place to be able Chatting with friends and enjoying the moment the hotel is very beautiful and is historical in addition to that inside it exhibits very beautiful works of art.

The Hotel Lindo. Rooms are sloppy.

This is a nice hotel. I did not use the pool because it was a little chilly while I was here. The rooms are clean. It is right on the main square. Breakfast is nice. I did go to the desk for help mailing postcards and the woman at the desk did not speak English well enough to understand what I was asking, but most of the desk staff spoke English well. I think the restaurant staff did not speak much English. This is off the beaten path so not very surprising but be prepared. All of the staff very very nice and helpful.

This is a landmark in Tlaxcala. Restored 25 years ago it is a must to visit, rest or dinning during your visit to this little but charming and enigmatic historic city. I'm afraid to tell that restaurant was much better 10 years ago however rest of services remain excellent. Ideal for conferences and congress, lovely views and with perfect location. Best acommodation in town.

Its a amazing place in the hearth of the city. The old rooms are amazing, are conts against the pile, its a little expensive but a pretty calm hotel.

Good for the firrfly tour, and Tlaxcala is definitely worth spending a day or two in. The hotel location is beautiful just don't expect great service.

The room was good, but it was right next to the pool area, and peoples' noise echoed and woke us up early in the morning. Breakfast was OK. Very well located in tlaxcala or if you're doing the firefly tour.

Honestly we were not very happy with this hotel, we were sent to the last room of the hotel, when this was alone, very cold, the heat cooled instead of warmed up, very enclosed, and the breakfast courtesy more by force than of the waiter … the front desk service is good.
Ahhh, the base of the king size bed and colhon Queen, therefore we get out of bed we hurt ourselves with the base that was left far outside the mattress … much to be desired from the hotel. Beautiful place but not very good service.

I loved it, the location is unbeatable, I stayed in a Suite Jr. This super romantic, the walls are very thick which help to isolate noise and the outside temperature (we play on a cold weekend) resulting in a very pleasant experience.
I highly recommend the hotel. The Buffett is regular.

I stayed at the hotel from day 21 to 22 may, very nice hotel, lousy service!
I forgot a lotion in the room and it has been a "triumph" that I answer in the "area". Not they have kindly answer if yes they found the lotion. Logical that you nail to the maid, but believe that service they should take my phone number and call to say that they did research and found it. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Was a lunch business, food was pretty good, above all because in the center of Tlaxcala believe that it is complex to eat well. The care was excellent. And only to emphasize that he would not consider to stay for reasons of "family tourism" since the pool water was quite turbid.

The food it's very delicious, the staff it's very kind, and the place it's confortable.

The service has not improved, the facilities need improvements and they need a better manager who has knowledge about the area, commitment and passion for the hospitality and tourism.

Overpriced…! Incredibly Dirty rooms & Very old furnished. No valet parking during nights. I insist, REALLY OLD PROPERTY…! But furthermore, need a deep clean. Rooms smells like 1970's…! Linens with cigarette burns. Very uncomfortable pillows and the worst customer service ever.
