The hotel has good facilities, however I got a room that the bathroom glasses were dirty, stained. There was a fly when I walked into my room, the bathroom cancel went out when I closed it for a shower. The pool tell you it has a temperature of 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, however it was unless that. In my case, that's why I decided to stay.
The buffet is good.

All great, except for the pool that is not fully heated. But I usually liked it very much. Great service and attention.

It is a small gem in Apizaco, has indoor pool, warm and hot water in showers. The pool is warm and nice, restaurant with varied and rich food, clean and cozy rooms, outside there is garbage and sloppy sidewalks, a nice parking lot with garden, the parking lot has an annex in front of the hotel across the Street. It's a little pricey compared to the ones in the area, but I might come back for a weekend. Congratulations to the restaurant on the evening shift. In the morning it was a lot of distress than Luis the waiter, perhaps because it was buffet, hehe. Best regards.

El servicio es bastante bueno y de gran calidad. La comida en el desayuno tiene un muy buen sabor. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

The remodeling of the restaurant is a bit wrong as the very ugly heat is enclosed need to implement weather or open a window.

I loved the facilities are very comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and respectful at all times. The restaurant is worth it, but the most loved thing was the temazcal and the massage the srita that attends is a professional in her subject matter. I recommend it!

The firm they have is very well stocked, also while it is still time to fill the dish as many times as needed, in other places while calmer approach the time of term less food there.
I recommend arriving early to grab place because otherwise you have to wait until an hour to get in.

The staff is very friendly but it does lack maintenance especially to the common areas, it could be a nice hotel but you need to renovate quite a lot in facilities and furniture. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is good considering it's hotel not expensive.

Very hard beds and very weak Wi-Fi signal.

Very clean and great service. What I did not like is that in the 2 rooms where I was in a there was a lot of noise coming from the reception and the other noise from the water pump or toilets that did not allow me to rest well.

I arrived without reservation, the attention of the luxury receptionist. Clean room in order. Breakfast was excellent. I'll be nice to come back. I recommend it.

Liked the hotel becuse it is different from others Best Western, all the same. Hotel has a pool but does not have gym. Employees are friendly. For lunch and dinner the menu has a good variety and important, the food is good.

I am happy of having found a Hotel excellent, is suited very well for meetings family, the Manager of events Pedro Vidal, excellent person, very friendly and professional with high grade of service. The hotel has maintenance, areas clean and neat, its rooms are divine, my 6-year-old son took it a photo to bed xq le charm says q is very rich, and if lots of comfort in the rooms, good food and pool this delicious and roofed, wide and clean. You enjoy much the architecture of the place has beautiful stained glass windows, a large giant Aloe, fountain and garden plant. Hall of events or parties. Where can improve is in the Organization of them places for the parking, but all very well, I liked the service, very friendly and proactive. We were fascinated, definitely will return.
