My first and LAST STAY there… the television did not work, the elevator did not work there was no hot water the overbearing staff to give you a roll of toilet paper had to go me by the LOOK STAFF and ask for it there is never anyone in reception smells disgusting the room did not clean when they said, the bathroom sink and the covered shower, you called the phone and never answered, there is no internet… in short all that hotel a mugrero I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT NEVER TO RETURN has and to finish off we ran ahead of time we still had 2 days to deliver it! PESIMO SERVICE AND HOTEL.

Bad service! They offer things and facilities they don't have, on Facebook and the Internet. Hotel looks Wonderful, and they paint it super nice everything, but THEY DO NOT have hot water, the towels smell horrible, and they are all broken, (we were told that they all smell and so they are all) offer to have cable on TV and only 3 channels are seen, they do not give maintenance to their elevator, because we were locked in there for a few minutes, and no one from the hotel staff noticed, we had to force the door to leave, and how if it were not mistaken in the room we were given, we had asked for a master's degree suit, and they gave us another room to see and so we stayed one night until at last they "resolved" something, the bathroom plate did not close the Internet DOES NOT work, even in the lobbi, the water from the shower was all out to the room, and after a while was super little water, to the degree of sticking to the wall to be able to bathe, when we went to see what could be done, we were told that they gave us a complimentary breakfast and when we arrived at.

We were recently at the hotel and everything was great. The facilities are very clean the rooms fully furnished in a very cozy way and the atmosphere in the hotel is very quiet. Definitely the next holiday we spent in Tampico we will return to this beautiful hotel.

Poor hotel when we arrived we realized k did not look good, they take care of you reluctantly, when you get to the room it stinks dirty to moisture, the dirty toilet, the beds equal a staon with bloodstains, we stayed three days and not a single day they went to clean the photos k they put are very old all dirty and maintenance-free. In a nutshell, it's worth.

The place is super dirty and smells bad… not staying at this hotel is sheer waste of money… seriously that everything is terrible from the room… The air conditioning does not serve… The dirty pool… there are sheets lying in the hallways… The staff pulled knows where… the owner of this hotal doesn't feel sorry for the uploaded photos to do with the place.

I just went and stayed at this hotel. It is the first hotel where what you see in the pictures is not. From the worst the rooms smell very bad the service Pesimo. The room we got depressing did not serve the air conditioning and we moved to other than the bathroom, horrible the beds from years ago you could not rest the air conditioner to much noise and threw water all over the wet floor, I think it was once a good place to Rest but now they have left and no longer render the service they claim to have. Pity.

It is a simple hotel, it covers the basic necessities, we had a small problem why there was no hot water but we were moved the room which was very spacious, not luxurious but for a few nights and for the price is OK!

The truth is a hotel Pesimo but if the owner or owners put on their side and give you the maintenance required by the hotel would not ask anything to any of the hotels you have next door.

I did great last year I was the first time invited by my son on a tour of his company and we were very well treated the room with frigobar weather and all well double rooms return twice more in the same year I hope to return next year I if and recommended out there we see greetings.

It's a hotel with grat location to go everytime to the beach that is just in the other side of the street, but the second time that I went with my family the stuff was so RUDE! During of first night the air conditioning didnt work neither the TV cable. Very dissapointing!

It is a hotel, quite comforting and very complete, the facilities I find super attractive and very comfortable, plus the hub which is very provisional, the service is quite friendly and correct, especially attentive, the rooms are very complete and nice, what they give The comfort one needs.

I founded my time spent in there amazing! The rooms could be better but the services and the food are really good! The location is perfect near the beach and with too nice looking and the sea, congrats!

If all you do is sleep, go out all day and not be in the room, you can take risks as a pleasant stay, if on the other hand you want to rest, to meet you, spend some time alone or with your family and only leave awhile to the beach to walk, enjoy and see, I recommend you go elsewhere and pay what they think necessary because the hotel does not go with "cost-benefit"

Well, the hotel is good but their facilities need maintenance because it looks run down and old also this hotel is close to the beach so it must be well presentable for tourists. The food, pool and service are excellent.

Very bad cleaning, the huéspes are treated as if they did us a favor, 800 pesos per night rooms, I'd rather stay in a motel in passing, nothing advisable and it is the first and last night that I am staying here.

The worst hotel that I have stayed. Upon arrival increased me the price by which had reserved, and if canceled it charged me the Commission. So to make your reservation, ask for the number of account, as it left me and pay the percentage that I grew. After the horrible rooms and to change had to give another percentage, so I wanted to speak with the Manager and supposedly "Graduate" could not assist me in that moment; and if so the Manager already is to imagine that wait staff in charge.
I only host two day and with that I basto to not return to that string. Grim!
