The attention is unique including the restaurant, they have all the badges granted by the government bodies regarding tourism. The restaurant's menu is extensive. It really complies with the slogan "Your home in Teziutlán"

The staff in general is very very friendly, make you feel at home, the rooms super-comfortable, the best hotel in Teziutlán, Puebla. I recommend you stay here whenever you come.

The service was very good. The rooms were pretty comfortable and well secured. There was an included breakfast that was pretty simple for fancy pallets but it was clean and the waiter was pretty kind. 9/10

Please see the whole review for good and not so good. This hotel has seen better days, it has cute colonial feel to it but the rooms are not functional. The shower and toilet don't work properly and The complimentary breakfast is reduced to a choice of cereal or toast juice or coffe and a couple of slices of ham. On the bright side the place is inexpensive, is clean, maintained and the service personnel are kind, it has a great location right in the hart of the city with some balcony rooms with great views to the very live (and a little noisy) downtown street and cathedral church towers, also has a great gourmet coffe shop that offers room service. Lastly it has a parking lot that is a little of a trick to get in and out but a definite asset in a city where parking is so scarce. I wish they would update this place it would make a great place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant could be more varied, but next door is "my old Café" and has service room.

Very disappointed. I had already stayed there. And had had good experience. However I recently returned and found that the room I was assigned had bedbugs and the room very noisy. Very small the rooms very old and worn, the parking poorly designed and the people who "supposedly" are to help park very groceras, the only friendly is a security person who helps you with the suitcases, good location and the Restaurant, nothing from the other world. I wouldn't go back to the Central Hotel.
