Rustic very friendly. Downtown. There they offer you tours very safe But above all the guide of Edgardo, very professional in his work, if you want to know the attractions offered by the town and its vicinity I recommend you do it with him.

Hotel Super cozy, excellent service, just try not to touch a room on the side of the street as in the morning from early there is a lot of noise.

The room though is small is clean. It has a pedestal and ceiling fan. The staff were very helpful. Parking is located 3 blocks from the hotel.

Cheap, clean hotel located in the heart of Cuetzalan. Bathrooms were much nicer than I expected of a hotel at its price point and the staff was very accommodating. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a quick trip to Cuetzalan.

My first contact with this hotel was through e-mail, after I filled the form provided in their website, they answered a few hours and solved every question I had. Once we arrived, the service was good, the hotel is clean, quiet, located in Hidalgo street, just a block from main plaza, wich is great. 24 hour attention. I stayed in a Quetzales room, nice, clean but with a leak in the bathroom, we reported it but they are doing nothing to fix it. A nice common terrace is located in the roof, a nice place to observe the streets below and the parroquia of san francisco, if the fog allows it. There is a yard inside, quiet, peaceful, well decorated. The price is good, compared to the hotels nearby, is cheap. In general, a good place to stay, cheap, clean, and with a good service.
