Very agusro nothing more than today 5:45 sounded a cell phone and another bibraba and not let me sleep not that serious room.
But the service excellent thank you.

We found hair in the sheet and it was disgusting. They only changed us to another room.

A terrible place to rest. The air conditioner does not work. And since you enter you hear noises. Maybe from the washing machines. And in the room you can hear tables that drag whistles from unbearable air conditioning. When you enter the room you smell a kind of chlorine or something similar to the one they cleaned. The windows are sealed. Do not circulate air. Hairs in the bed… Mini TVs. Paree a pass motel is not 4 star I believe at a lot of three… The breakfast clean rich and on time. But if you want rest find another place Porq this is a horrible experience you won't be able to sleep. And nobody does anything to solve your problems… managers definitely do not care for customers.

Pretty good for the price. Breakfast more includes eggs, meats, good coffee… it was cleaner the 1st time I stayed there… need more trees or flowers. Location a little far from everything but ok if you have a car.

The reception service is lousy, was paid for two double rooms of which we could only deliver one at the time of check-in, this was at 2:30 pm indicating that at 3:00pm would be ready the other as it was in housekeeping, two calls after the last to the 4:40 pm in which the girl at the reception mentions that she does not have an hour in which she can deliver the missing room indicating that the cleaning girl has not given information.

Really nice play to stay. Really comfortable.

Good value for money The Internet is very bad. The regular firm. They do not answer at reception when you speak from the room.

It is really regrettable the conditions of the rooms. I had the chance to go in November, come back in December, and things didn't get better. I'm sorry to point out the flaws…
My recommendation would be: 1. Customer Service 2. Training (employees) 3. Room cleaning.

Excellent location if you are passing through to E. U or for work, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the only detail maybe it is always the same breakfast (American). As for the price is reasonable ($ $-$ $ $), it has free parking.

The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was wack. They only gave me 2 pillows for my room they charged me more than the rate advertised online. The hotel was wayyy out of my way and the taxi drivers hated going there and it was nice and clean though so that's a plus.

I like it, it is a practical hotel for work trips only lacks a center is washed for long stays.

Quiet place and very clean area, friendly people, the rooms are warm specially in winter so its comfortable inside the room, the food in the morning it's delicious and free, There is a free parking area and inside de hotel have a gym.

The service was really good, the breakfast, while it had not that many options, tasted good, the walls on the second floor are paper thin, we could hear a lot of noises but we were told that other floors don't have that problem.

Excellent service, dining, stay, very good cleanliness and central. Ideal for rest or work.

When we got there with a reservation made 30 minutes before, they said they didn't have or reservation. We ended up having to call hotwire and cancelling our $43 reservation to pay $60, which was the counter rate for the night. After a 17-hot drive, who's gonna argue? Hotwire said the hotel did have our reservation. Otherwise, it was a clean and affordable place to stay.

Good customer service. Clean rooms with AC, hot water, basic cable, and free continental breakfast with a good amount of choices.

Bugs in sink carper was disgusting… Breakfast was okay and thats the only reason I gave it a 2 star.

For the second time, I have the following problems:
* To make the reservation for system failures.
* To collect my card his bank terminal does not serve and have copied my card.
