They do not respect reservations, they give you keys from other rooms and no one is answered for their negligence. There's no one in the face or a lousy apology.

I chose to make reservation at this hotel because it was supposedly the best in Guasave, nothing could be further from the reality. I made the reservation a month in advance, and from that moment signaled we would arrive late. A week before my trip I called to confirm and everything seemed to be in order, I reminded them we would arrive late. Unfortunately, when we arrived a gentleman of the most rude, told us that our reservation was not registered and later contradicted himself and mentioned that the room had been given to someone more don't took the time to call to let them know or to ask if something had happened! It was terrible, we were left without a place to spend the night. In no way can I recommend it, the staff is incompetent and inept.

Good internet. It occupies remodeling in bathrooms and remove those carpets in rooms and hallways of each floor. It is with excellent service and attention on the part of all the staff but lack a good remodeling… They are starting in fact but only one floor of 6 are in total.
