Excellent location, very comfortable rooms and all the basic services needed for a visit to the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Request a room for 2 people and 1 baby, I was given the option to improve the experience in a superior room. When you get to the room the air conditioner did not work so immediately a complaint was raised with reception, then someone from the staff tried to solve the inconvenience in the room without getting to enable the ventilation, at the end only was provided a fan which my family and I were made in very bad taste, it is important to emphasize that it is the first occasion that we stayed in the chain of City Express and the truth that gives much to be desired. I hope they can improve this kind of problems.

Pros: Lovely helpful staff, relaxed environment. Free evening snack at the lobby with tequila in the selection! :) Free Non-stop working coffee machine and tea selection (with a good espresso in the selection near the americano). Organic (made from corn) cutlery and plates. Nice breakfast selection. Cons: Not possible to open any window in the rooms — only can relay on the air conditioner — which I was unable to control: I needed to ask at the reception to set a lower degree because it was too hot in my room, 26°C during the night. Altogether it was lovely, I would recommend it, close bus stops, safe neighbourhoods to walk and shop around.

Except for an urgency, I would not recommend the truth, as for the rate you pay, the air conditioning service sucks the truth, had not given maintenance; The room was clean and the staff were very good.

Hotel always crowded is very crowded, not advisable if you want to spend a quiet weekend as you will hear all over the hotel too noisy open and close the doors, lash them rather and if you get near the elevators you'll hear them day and night.

An executive class hotel, which refers to Q does not have great luxuries such as swimming pool, great restaurants or buffet service, but it is very cozy and has affordable prices, ideal for business meetings, because its event room is small for a big event but ideal for Office meetings.

I asked for the sales department and they answered "Uyyy don't miss no one, they return to the 4", I asked if I could leave a message and they said "No, they have to check their mail when they arrive" really seems a joke and that I'm talking about a company with corporate Convention.

Is a hotel nice and this in good area since this in front of all them universities autonomous of san Luis Potosí very safe the area since has with security and there are enough restaurants of equal way this opposite in Bank Banamex that is where I work I is very well the location is them recommends widely since is very nice and not is very expensive and the service excellent!

This regular service of friendly staff, bad TV cable service, there is no variety of channels, breakfast is always the same, in general regulate.

I've stayed a lot in this hotel. Service is good, included breakfast is nice, and rooms are clean. They also have a happy hour from 7 to 8 pm where they offer free beer, drinks and snacks.

All good only that the cards are blocked every day even if you pay for more than one and you have to lose time at reception to enable it you.

Dirty hotel! Heavily soiled carpets! Very poor service, should not have paid the two nights before seeing the room.
