Lousy service.
First of all the "receptionist" is not friendly.
I imagine why I didn't arrive by luxury car like the other people who were there was the reason the receptionist didn't mind giving us the service we deserved.
I talked to them 3 times because the TV didn't work. The technician didn't know what he was doing and said someone else would come and compose it and he never got there.
The "jacuzzi" all dirty.
He made us choose an hour that we were going to occupy the jacuzzi to enlist and clean it. They never went to clean it because the water was so dirty that even the water was white.
According to our morning reservation for the restaurant it did not exist because it was serrated.
The only way out was under construction and no one warned us.
We paid for the cabin "the big reserve" and the truth that we lost money.
Don't waste your time. It was a big disappointment.

Rich code, only book by 5. Pm sent me to another table that when it started to darken there were no lamps or lights, practically I ate in the dark! The strong dish took more than 25 min to serve, the dessert I chose pistachio ice cream there was, I exchanged for carajillo ice cream there was also not, they ended up carrying ice cream from which I stay (vanilla), they could not charge me with card at the table.
There was no gel or temperature intake when entering.

I have gone several times and am fascinated with this place, I go from Querétaro alone to eat here! By pandemic I understand that they handle only a few dishes but they are delicious and the price is perfectly worth the quality of these foods. The service is unbeatable, I was taken care of very well at all times, when I made my reservation and by phone when I notified that I was late they supported me to respect my reservation, on site all the staff has always been very friendly and attentive, I am in love with their bread, definitely one of my favorite places. It is a great experience and worth knowing and enjoying this place!

We liked the decoration, but in these times pandemic they did not even have soap in the bathrooms we asked the Sritas very kindly and did not give us an answer I had to put only anti bacterial gel, there is no diversity of dishes, we wanted to order only 1 grill and almost forced us to ask for more, there is not much hygiene, but if it is very quiet and peaceful. From what I wanted to ask they told me that they did not have, and flatly they offered me what they had in availability and expensive, they charged us the tortillas when said service were already delivered to us when we had all finished eating, the very friendly owner that said.

It is very close to the capital, safe and in good condition, good signage, very attentive staff, beautiful and quiet hotel, delicious food, fun ecopark if you like hiking and horseback riding, spectacular zip line, night and stars are enjoyed, there is temazcal for relaxation… Go!

Such a beautiful place, the concept is just amazing, the menu that they serve you is very complete and there's something for everyone's taste, and the waiters are extremely nice. I like the fact that you don't get any phone signal and you're "forced" to enjoy the food, the scenery and the company.

I never imagined Q in a small town like Armadillo of the Infante, I found a restaurant of such good quality! Well cared for and above all; Very tasty everything! And very very abundant (streak in sin! haha) make a reservation! There's no menu. They give you food of the day but guaranteed Q will be good. I rarely write long reviews But this rest is worth it.

This place is luxury! If you're looking to spend a day or half a day lost, you are spoiled, with good food and a great atmosphere you have to come here. The food is delicious, the views are great and there is little or no cell signal which is thank you for spending a carefree weekend of work, ETC. 100% recommended.

The people this to no more than a km, I discovered a new areas that have activities for the kids, and a menu of roast beef at a very good cost-what is best for you to entertain the children.
