Very clean and friendly, only the internet did not work and neither the TV channels are very few.

Very nice and clean Hotel. And the restaurant has ver good food too.

We’ve stayed here for many years always treated very well. This year however they went above and beyond. We needed new tires fast. They didn’t disappoint, called a tire service and within Two hours, two new tires and we went on our way in the morning. Thank you so much! Tim and Mary.

We stopped here for a night on our way to Mexico. They had great food and a nice little room. Remember it’s a bit older and there is no refrigerator. The staff was attentive and so nice. We accidentally forgot our brand new Apple laptop in our room. They sent it to us in Mexico. I couldn’t believe it. So I would stay again.

Quaint, lost in the 60's motel. Kinda liked the old time feel. Was always waiting for Lucille Ball to jump out and hear Ricky Ricardo say "Lucy you gots sum splainin to do" lmao… even when they show you to your room, you follow a guy on his bicycle. Gotta love the concrete putt putt course too. The restaurant was very nice and had great food. Overall it was a fun time!

It is a comfortable hotel where we could relax after a heavy day of working on our tour with the company of tango for Matehuala. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning to withstand the terrible heat that makes, has extensive gardens and pool where you can relax for a while. The restaurant offers delicious food although some of us feel bad coincidentally after having eaten fish. Despite that, the chicken broth, the club sandwich, and the fajitas veracruzanas are tasty. The waiters are very cordial. The hotel has Wi-Fi but doesn't reach all the rooms, and sometimes in the lobby area is short.

Good service, price ratio, good preserve. Very fresh food flavor.

Bad experience. The reception was lousy. They don't want to help the guests. They don't let them deliver the food for you to go to the hotel restaurant.

Spacious and with an air of nostalgia. Well catered, excellent coffee and service. Only wheelchair ramps and heavy suitcases are needed.

It is a good place to spend a good night and apart they cater very well.

For camping in a trailer behind the motel, safe place with nice pool. Very clean washrooms with showers. Not all electric plugs work but that is the norm. Nice walking pathways also behind the motel and Wal-Mart close by. Fantastic restaurant across the street.

Quiet, quaint and friendly, clean but some rooms I remember the years 70 which to me is nice. Excellent services and restaurants. Relax and enjoy.

Wifi doesn't reach to trailer house but easy place to stay and has a pool so good enough for me. Really really clean bathrooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they had a pool, babysitting service, etc. Excellent for resting.

We use the RV Park behind the hotel. It our first stop on our way south for the winter and our last stop before we leave Mexico in the spring. All our needs are close by and the Restaurant is very good. We're use it mainly for breakfast. You can also enjoy a drink while sitting around the pool. Washrooms are clean and modern. There are outdoor sinks for handwashing. A lovely trail meanders behind the park for walking or cycling. It's a sweet place.

Hey It's spacious grounds are great for strolling. Rooms are spartan but clean. Restaurant serves good basic food. Worth a stop.

Nice hotel with the needed services, shows its age but is clean and confortable. Only a few options nearby for food. Excellent that it's aside the highway.

The best hotel in Matehuala, if you go to the other side is one of the best options to rest.

Convenient place to stop when heading to or from the US after a days drive. Bed are hard. Green space for dogs to enjoy.

A hassle free parking lot very family friendly you can spend a weekend very well with your family and good food and pool is very good.

Many people think Matehuala it's a bad place but I go to Mexico once or twice a year and this hotel is the place to stay. Right in the middle of the trip when u need to close tour eyes and recharge your energy. Must try the restaurant they have great food.

A very worthy in Matehuala, located on the main street, very easy access, with all services, swimming pool and a restaurant with food of good taste and very competitive price. Ample parking. Rooms with concrete walls, air conditioning. The only thing that should improve are the TV square. If you don't like to see TV is an excellent choice of accommodation. Good attention of staff.

It is an extraordinary place, we eat very well and have a spectacular service, I recommend it quite apart from incredible comfort and good prices, excellent my experience.

Excellent location on the side of the road and just in front of Walmart, with a very comfortable stay in its lobby and main rooms. It'S a very cozy atmosphere.

The Hotel is a little bit outdated. Common areas dirty and neglected.

Our first stop after crossing into Mexico from Laredo. Convenient place for overnight RV, lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Clean washrooms and easyvwalk to shopping at Walmart.

Another lemonade outta lemons. We wanted to go to Real de Catorce, but a big beer fest stopped us from getting in. Last minute panic, stayed here. What luck. Old timey motel from glory days of car travel. A true destination. Especially if you have kids. Very vintage. Interestingly, it's called the "Midway" because it's halfway between Texas and Mexico City. Restaurant was amazing. Super attentive guys with waist coats. Great overnight stop.

Un hotel viejo pero sobre todo muy sucio y descuidado, Mucho cuidado al bañarse el agua de la ducha te deja una sensación sebosa. Una desepcion porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial.

Ideal stopover site worth staying a few extra nights. Large, attractive sit down restaurant, pool and even a bike trail. Directly on the carretera, it's easy to find. Rooms have a mid-century look and are very spacious. There are RV sites available in the back. Highly recommended.

Pros easy access to Fed highway 57! Clean decent rooms at very reasonable price! Excellent onsite restaurant. Cons hotel is a little dated!

Very good. The hotel was easily located from the highway and will be an easy return to the highway. My room was clean and comfortable; and I had a delicious meal in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

For travelers with car top carriers or motorcycles carrying gear this place has individual rooms with covered parking in a secure area. The Wi-Fi is spotty in the remote rooms but strong around the office and restaurant. Very friendly staff. And they do take pets! We have seen 4 big dogs walking around. And no extra charge!

Rooms where comfortable and really nice, also the mini golf and the play grownd areas where really nice.

A good hotel for an overnite stay! I have stayed there about 5 times, clean rooms and just off highway. The onsite restaurant is excellent, they serve the best coffee I have tasted at restaurant level. Price for a room is also very reasonable!

Bad with respect to price, quality, seems to motel 200, but t it costs five times more, the restaurant is also not good.

It is more a Motel step. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT OFFERS, rooms outdated and the A/C in the room did not cool only air-NO Wifi — NO Breakfast included. You can get something better for less price.

Great comfort, quiet location, good food, wonderful staff! Many stays over many years.
