Great staff in a pretty central location with good amenities. Excellent value!

Wonderful staff and super friendly at all times, especially Vanilla’s (the cute dog) owner. Good communication with the manager prior to my arrival. ‘Adults only’ which made the property very quiet. Nice! Walking distance to the ADO bus station, stores and restaurants, great location. Early and easy check in, a fridge in the room. The WI-FI connection was very weak so we had to use our hotspot on our cell phone. No a/c in the room (only fans) which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. Almost like a sauna. The bed was super small and the mattress was not comfortable at all. No closet in the room, no bathroom door (only a curtain) and no shower curtain either. There was a terrible smell of sewer in our bathroom 24/7 and the toilet kept getting blocked. No phone in the room but not a big deal as the reception was close to our room. No TV in the room which did not bother us, the pillows were not comfortable and our room was a bit dusty and dark. The biggest minus was the beaches but no fault of the hotel. When we visited Tulum it was the ‘seaweed season’.

Everything perfect and very beautiful, the only negative thing is that towels and sheets aren't very clean.

Really lovely place on the south end of town. Melissa the hostess here is the best. She provided us detailed information of where to go in Tulum and provided us with tips on how to get places, where to find local food etc. The room itself was very clean with air conditioning and a fan. The courtyard is beautifully lined with trees and plants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy! We loved the garden, it was so beautiful and relaxing! Jorge was also such a big help in showing us what’s around town and how to get around. Awesome hidden little spot, we can’t wait to go back!

Really nice little hotel with bungalows and amazing garden in the middle of Tulum. Quiet and close to everything. Joshua and Jorge were very good hosts and gave us helpful tips. Will stay there next time I am in this area. One small tip would be to get more comfortable pillows and beds.

I loved staying here. The room was cozy yet spacious; lovely touches made it feel special. The garden “lobby” area is lush and comfortable. But it’s really the staff that makes this place exeptional. Itzel and Jorge are true gems. I visited many hotels in tulum, some that cost 2-3x what this one charges. They have nothing on the Secret Garden. Do yourself a favor and book here!

Located adjacent to the truck terminal, standard rooms are very nice, the bungalows very nice but like that something is missing, and impeccable service, since we arrived we were treated very friendly, we mentioned several activities that we could do. Super recommended.

The best hostel in which I was. Mainly by the attention to the details and the good deal.

Hostess was very helpful. Water was not very hot though but hotel is just ok. Ok for one night stay. 3.5 stars for the hotel.
