➜ Never in life do I stay in this hotel again, nor because I hire them 11 rooms they had the touch of treating us well, in better hotels we have stayed and they have never done this type of thing! 0 tolerance! 0 recommended!
➜ Lousy service, the hotel I do not recommend at all the truth or stay here or to the case the facilities are not worth it and to that add the lousy service of the staff!

Do not stay here if you are expecting air conditioning. They advertise having air conditioned rooms and the rooms do have air conditioners in them but if anyone uses them it shuts off the power in the entire hotel. After this happened they took the air conditioning remotes from our rooms and would not even give us a fan despite us staying here for a whole week. Our room had zero air flow even with the windows open. Despite us staying here in the “winter” we were slowly steamed in our room every night. I do not like to leave bad reviews but travelers must be informed of this. This was a very special trip for us as I proposed to my now fiancé during this week. We dreaded going back to our room every night. We had to buy sleeping medicine just to be able to sleep in the hot rooms. The owner of the Turkish restaurant harassed us every single time we tried to enter our room also, it made us want to sneak in or not leave at all. It is a shame because other than those two things it is a very cute hotel that should be cozy. If the rooms just had a fan it would have been a much better experience. I hope that they will work on these issues to improve the experience of their future guests.
