This was the worst place i’ve stayed in within the 15 days the electricity kept going on and off and there’s a little place to swim not such a big deal at all! the staff was very rude the breakfast is only cereal coffee and white cold bread! i’m only 18 years old and i’m rating this really bad. Only good thing is there’s bars around the area. Lots of mosquito and Wi-Fi was bad! no ac just a ceiling fan.
Bargain for your money, but the massive bugs will keep you up.

It's currently 4.30 am and I can't sleep, because It's hot and I'm sweaty, bugs are eating me alive! I woke up to shower, but at the middle of it the water pump stopped working and I'm all covered in soap! We booked the is place for 7 days, and only got 1 night of ok sleep. The water in a room comes from a senote and It's not filtered, there are no AC, no bug control, maintenance issues. Its overall just a luxury camp side and no much of the hotel. Don't pre-pay if you want to check it out! Worst hotel experience ever!
