The hotel it’s a must to stay. The area is beautiful and the rooms are very handsome. Now, there are many nice boutique hotels in Tulum…all beautiful and very good I’m sure, still the service at Naay is amazing. They are impecable in taking care of you and also in the way they maintain all the areas. They are facilitators of anything and everything you wish or need. The relation between price/service/product is perfect. Everybody here are amazing. What a great experience! Elegant and comfy make a wining combo, it really was a very good experience. Thank you.

Little gem boutique hotel in great area! Off the hook pina coladas and shrimp tacos on the rooftop! Loved the upscale neighborhood, it’s safe to walk to the shops and restaurants.

Love this place & the people who work there! We came for our honeymoon and Betti & Rally at the front were so kind and helpful. They told us all the best spots to go & made sure all of our requests were met. Omar our waiter in the restaurant at hotel Naay was absolutely the best! He made our meals there extra special and helped us learn some new words in Spanish too! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Tulum. It's a short drive from the beach and a 20 min bike ride. It's in a new area being developed called Aldea Zama which if I were to bet is going to be an up and coming hot spot of Tulum.

If you are looking for a place that will tell you they dont have room for you when you arrive and have already paid for two nights, this is your place. Nice surprise after 6 hrs of travel. New hotels can still have 1 star service.

The hotel itself is very nice there’s a pool and jacuzzi, everything is clean and modern, they are really meticulous on cleaning. However I put only 2 stars because service is really bad, our door was broken we had to repair it ourselves, we notified them about the problem and did nothing. Moreover, service at the breakfast is bad. At the pool, towels are hidden and food service is slow. The rooms are not cleaned in the morning so when you come back from a morning activity don’t expect the room to be done. This hotel as a great potential but they really need to improve their service!

Brand new hotel. Friendly staff, amazing rooftop area and beautiful rooms. Just a bit outside of Tulum downtown, so car is needed.

Beautiful hotel that comes with an amazing staff. Everyone was very welcoming. I highly recommend. They have bike to rent for free and there are now 3 restaurants open in the development. Nice rooftop pool and hot tub. There is a trail on the back of the development that will take you into Tulum proper, make sure to take that as it's a nice shortcut to the town and nightlife. Things don't get hopping till later at night so relax on the beach extra long and take your time getting ready :)

Amazing Hotel, we had a dream stay because the hotel Naay is boutique, they have an impeccable customer service. The beds are the most comfortable I have tasted as well as a breakfast included which is very attractive for the price. The rooftop has a very nice view to be able to rest after going to the beach and to see some very beautiful sunsets.
The hotel has bicycles that lend to reach the beach at 10 min.
Price quality is the best one could find in Tulum. Totally recommended.
