Aldea Zama is a planned development adjacent to Tulum which in Early 2016 has just a few completed residences. Located in a jungle atmosphere, it is remarkable the amenities that are available and planned. We own a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo named Zama Garden Villa located a short walk to the commercial district and the wonderful ChacaBar Restaurant. Private and government resources are creating a mecca for discerning travelers. Our condo complex has 2 large swimming pools. Our condo is called Connie's Garden Villa located at Encanto Condominiums. It has a private lush garden view and a backyard palapa. Our property rental manager is Tulum Homes who offers many concierge services, but this area has many rental agencies. There are walking and bike trails, so you can explore for wildlife and birds. Aldea Zama is just minutes from a large general grocery store, many fantastic beaches, the town of Tulum. Mayan ruins, nature reserves, cenotes for swimming, diving, and snorkeling. And much more. Alas, I give it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, AND IT WILL! Connie's Garden Villa at Encanto in Aldea Zama.
