We’ve stayed at Tiki Tiki 3 times and this November will be our 4th. Very excited!

I adored this hotel was such a great find as had been planning to stay near the beach initially. Such great value for the very Beautiful Tulum. The rooms were spotless and super stylish. The whole design and vibe of the hotel is lovely and all of the staff super friendly. Per the other reviews it is the ‘other’ end of town (it’s actually in the jungle and has a lovely little pool), but I really liked that as it encourages you to get out and about and explore the entirety of Tulum. Hire a bike or a scooter if you don’t have a car, Tulum isn’t really designed for walking. Tiki Tiki is also right next door to a great yoga studio if like me you like to kick your mornings with a class and you can have massage in your room if you just ask the staff at reception (which was also the least expensive one I had in Tulum). They don’t do dinner but if you’ve had a busy day diving or such the staff are more than happy to get something delivered for you (uber eats style). All round i’d 100% recommend this hotel and would head back there if I was going back to Tulum (which I definitely plan to! ).

Our time at Hotel Tiki Tiki was an absolute dream!
From the first moment, prior to our arrival, the staff were extremely helpful and always quick to respond.
When we got to the hotel we were totally overjoyed, it was somehow even more beautiful in real life — the photos don't do this place full justice.
We could've easily spent our whole time in Tulum just at the Hotel laying by the pool, but of course wanted to embrace the town/sights and were given the best local tips by the staff.
Alex, Julie, Nelson and the rest of the team were incredible during our stay.
Cannot recommend Hotel Tiki Tiki enough, we will definitely be back!

Loved everything about Tiki Tiki… My best friend and I just returned and can’t wait to go back. The hotel is super chic and the grounds are kept very clean. The rooms are on the minmialistic side, but you have all the necessities AC, comfy beds and great views. I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone is so polite and eager to please. Top notch concierge we absolutely love Alex! Best recommendations on food, day and night outings. I’ll def be back…

Gorgeous boutique design hotel with only a few rooms, away from the busy hotel strip. Love the pool and the intimate, natural setting! Friendly staff, great cocktails and the hammocks in the room and by the pool to unwind on a quiet evenings. Best to come here with your own car, so you can easily explore Tulum and everything else the area has to offer. I recommend to also check the beach strip if you want to mix it up with some nightlife.

Just wonderful! Great staff, very welcoming and super friendly. Helped us with whatever we needed. Thanks Faviola and Jenna! The design of the place is wonderful! The rooms are just great, very comfortable bed, nice terrace and bathroom. There's a really nice pool and bar to hang out with great cocktails. For getting around — taxi's are about 30-50 pesos for city center and 150 to the beach area. And the staff will help by calling the drivers. Enjoy!

The hotel is beautiful, a perfect and exquisite combination between elegance and comfort and jungle, the conservation of vegetation and the open-closed space is wonderful.

Very stylish with great atmosphere, 50s style interior with decent music that accompanies that feeling. Breakfast was delicious although a bit expensive. Very nice staff as well, they helped me retrieve my phone after having lost it in a cab.

A hidden gem, most may not like how far from the beach it is, but I love the jungle feel and the people. One of my top best hotels ever!

What a disappointment… $240 for a Room nowhere near Downtown Tulum. No food to be ordered for room service or delivery. Bar closed when I was there and no no TV in the room. Rooms where spartan and bland. If you want to walk a mile to food and bars only to come back to a room where you can stare at the walls quietly you may love it. Found a room in a nicer hotel with room service, on demand TV and beach access right up the road for comparable price.

It is quite an experience to be there, relaxing and comfortable to spend a great holiday. Recommended 100%

Their facilities are very nice the rooms comfortable yuy good care.

Very nice room and a nice looking hotel, clean and well-maintained. Even had an option to hang a nice hammock in the room. The location is in the middle of nowhere and the, but at least it's quiet over there. The "breakfast" contains nothing more than non-eat-able bread with butter and jam and some tea/coffee.

I loved the modern style. Everything is new and clean. No bugs! Great A/C. Very relaxing. You can rent bikes or mopeds to go to the beach. Eric very helpful. Would definitely come again.

Great hotel, fantastic design. We stayed and used this as a base to travel around Tulum and nearby areas. Slightly out of the way but considering the prices in the rest of Tulum it was almost a no brainer as we used the money saved to really splash out.

What a beautiful surprise. This was a last minute booking and I truly didn't know what to expect. This peaceful architectural wonder, leaves one feeling they have stepped back in time to the 1950's. The serene wooded setting and open Frank Lloyd Wright styling is amazing. No expense was spared in the building of this hotel. The smooth Chucum finished walls (replicates Venetian plaster but better), the custom cement bath tubs, over sized doors, infinity pool with open air bar and lobby, leaves the designer in us amazed. The boutique size and location in a wooded neighborhood is serene. I will return!

Very stylish small scale hotel with extra comfortable King size bed. The cocktail at the bar is the best I've had in Tulum. Environment, room, staff, service everything is excellent. Don't mind it being a little out of the way since we have a car. Good value for money.

Very nice, quiet, with Onda, the decor impeccable, clean, in the midst of nature. Nice pool, solarium, nice bar. The room was very comfortable. All new and clean. Considering the high prices of Tulum, it is a good option. Despite not being close to the beach, it is in nature.

Hotel Tiki Tiki is the perfect setting to meet your jungle-self, while still fully enjoying the divine beaches of Tulum. We highly recommended you go with the flow of this boutique, design hotel. Enjoy the musical spectacle of tropical birds in the morning and refresh yourself in the gorgeous pool (an optical illusion in itself) throughout the day. Feast on the meticulously prepared, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola breakfast. Read and rest in the hammock or meet new friends drinking cocktails to a hip soundtrack. This newly build paradise is impeccably clean, and the staff is always there when you need them – Julia, Ana and the rest of the team will make you feel at home. The location is ideal – 20 minutes to the Tulum promenade, as well as the tropical wonders of Muyil. Checking out of Tiki Tiki, expect to be happy, relaxed, and utmost satisfied with the life choices that brought you to this unique place of Mayan land.

Amazing! Loved the design, feel, and atmosphere of the place. But the best part was the amazing staff! Especially the Manager! She was so accommodating and helpful. She gave us great tips on excursions, restaurants and even went out of her way to get us a coveted dinner reservation at a restaurant we were dying to try! Would definitely recommend and go back to this place!
