This is a wonderful midsize Resort no trams needed! The rooms are a good size and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The only complaint we had was the buffet seem to be the same over and over and the food was never hot. But the specialty restaurants were delicious and No Reservations are required. The one thing that you need to be aware of is the pool bars close at 6 p. M. And the lounge and Lobby bars close at 11 p. M. The Disco is open much later but Extremely Loud and for the much younger crowd. If you're looking for R&R and relaxing time with no rowdiness this is the place for you!

The staff, pool, resort, food, and drinks are all awesome and deserve 5 stars easily. The food from the restaurants is all delicious and there is all kinds of food so everyone can find something. The drinks are all well made and the bar tenders are very knowledgeable. The pool and resort are very high quality and great to places to hang out. The rooms are nice, the beds are very firm, some may like them. There are two downsides, the first is the pool is not open at night, which is a shame because it's beautify lit and the perfect temperature. The second is the beach, while very clean and beautiful, has large rocks under the water making swimming slightly difficult. I walked about a mile on the beach from the resort and found that the Now Jade has the cleanest beach and the rocks are everywhere. If I could I would put 4.5 stars. I didn't even have the premium pass, that includes access to another pool and restaurant and bigger more luxurious rooms.

Stunning! Perfect! I could go on and on! We visited Mexico for our first time and found an absolute gem! Puerto Morelos was a colorful town full of shops, street bars and eateries for any authentic culture enthusiast. The resort itself is breathtaking! The staff incredible! We were there 7 days last year and missed it so much we are coming back September 2nd 2018! Preferred club is a must for those with no kids. Gives you access to the adults only pool! Fair price for such a beautiful place, friendly staff and endless activities! We miss you Jade, can't wait to see you all very soon!

Hands down the best resort in Cancun. Unlike many resorts, it is impossible to run into bad customer service because everyone that works here seems to love what they do. They have a variety of high end liquor including Grey Goose and Johnnie Walker Black Label. They also offer 24/7 free room service which we got every morning. I recommend this resort to anyone I know.

This resort is a great place for an all-inclusive getaway that is reasonably priced. I stayed at this resort for a wedding, and everything went so well. I liked that this was a smaller resort compared to some others in the Mexico. I never had to wait to eat in restaurants and the pools never got over crowded. The pool areas are clean and have a nice view of the ocean. I would recommend upgrading your room to the "preferred" level, so you have access to the private lounge and adults only pool. The staff here is bilingual, friendly, and very attentive. The great customer service really saved my trip when my boyfriend has a medical emergency. I was able to immediately get help in the middle of the night and was able to extend my stay with zero problems. Overall, I had a great experience here.

Nice place friendly and clean… with a excellent quality, which makes it a good choice for your vacation. The Internet bad at times and places. The food is acceptable the best of the specialty restaurants. The beach like all of the Caribbean so bad I had too much seaweed and sea scrambled to impossible to get.

A beautiful place with a formidable part of the staff, much overseas, though, the food is very varied and the rooms and facilities clean and well-maintained.

I went in late April and the timing was perfect. It was post-spring break season, so there weren't young high schoolers or college kids, just mostly couples, families with young children and retired people. The weather was perfect: warm during the day and cool by the night. The beach wasn't really enjoyable due to the seaweed, but the pools were very well kept and relatively empty as we went during a non-peak season. The room was very nice and the staff tried to get us a quiet room, which I appreciated during the stay. I couldn't figure out how to work the AC, but I am sure if I had called for help it would have been fixed. The food could have been better. Most of the food from all restaurants were too salty for me. I do not recommend getting Pad Thai from the Asian restaurant, but the fish was good. Our favorite restaurant during the stay was the Italian one. Staff are super nice, and even though we stayed for less than a week, they remembered us by name and remembered preferences for drinks, etc. I would recommend tipping them at least $1 for a round of drinks and $2 ~ $3 for service at the restaurants. Overall, a great experience; I just wish I had brought bug spray, stronger sun screen and aloe (all of which they sell on the resort, but are very overpriced).

Second time at now jade luxury establishment of quality both on the reception, the service and on the food. The rooms are suites with balneo bathtub and Italian shower, terrace. Very nice stay.

Is it the right place, nothing from another world but it is ok.

Scenery and atmosphere was phenomenal. The plastic where was kind of dirty but overall the experience was good. All employees were nice and respectful. I would definitely go back because for a resort of this size I found the food to be delicious. They had more than enough options on each menu and just down the beach is another resort so it’s same for the most part. Definitely a great place for families and large groups alike — if your a couple or just looking to have some peace and quiet this may not be the place for you since there are always kids and activities going on.

Amazing place! The food is very rich and beautiful hotel! The only problem is the beach. He was very neglected and dirty.

Beautiful hotel and a great staff. The grounds were very well kept. We commented that it was almost "Disney" clean. The food was always very good at the buffet and fantastic at the dinner restaurants. Great view from our balcony. They even did a few special little things for my daughter's birthday. We'll be returning.

Good attention staff, Rich menu every day, rooms very comfortable and clean.

Good resort for families. Loved having an "adults only" swimming area on a different side of the resort. Resort is split into two sections. Very large open area and large beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Food was decent and the VIP lounge (if you have it) is definitely worth it. Has food and drinks for you (self serve) at all times. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would visit again with family.

Overall, this was a great trip and the resort was very well maintained. Here is a bit of information: The staff was excellent! They work extremely hard and genuinely care about the guests. Throughout the entirety of our stay, we were continually impressed with the staff at the resort. The room was great, and we were given exactly what we booked. There have been issues noted in the pat of the rooms not being available on check-in, but this wasn't the case for us. The room was also very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The food was great overall. The French and Mediterranean restaurants were very good, as well as the Asian restaurant. The portions at the French and Mediterranean were small, so I would recommend ordering two entrees, but very fresh and tasty. The Hibachi was great at the Asian restaurant, and they entertainment was just as good. The Italian restaurant had good food as well, but the desserts weren't what I was hoping for. They offered gelato on the menu and we received vanilla ice cream. The poolside food at the regular pool (non-preferred) was not the best. The hot-dogs were alright, but the hamburgers were not very good at all. The entertainment was hit or miss. Some of the shows were great in the theater, and others weren't as great outside. We saw a rock band (great), a dance group (great), a Beatles cover band (not so good) and a fire show (excellent). The drinks were a bit watered down, but not to the point they weren't enjoyable.

Took our four children on our first big family vacation. The food and the service were top notch. So impressed. Would definitely recommend. Clean and safe. No problems at all! The family suite was like 1, 300 sq ft. Huge. Loved it.

We only stayed at the Jade for 2 nights (we were at the Now Sapphire and took advantage of a promotion). The food was excellent and so was the service. We upgraded to preferred with an ocean view and would definitely recommend it. My only complaint (a minor one) is that the preferred pool was a little bit rowdy for my tastes as there was a swim up bar. At the Sapphire it was much more quiet and relaxing. All in all, it was a great couple of days though.

Hotel in Puerto Morelos super luxury, and many options to eat for their 6 restaurántes, the sea is the detail, because it is not like in cancun.

We had a horrible experience, my husband and I went and we requested a honeymoon package, which we had during our stay, and until we agendaron a breakfast to "compensate" and even in that, we dejarob planted, we waited 2 hours for breakfast and we ended up in the law firm always. Muu sad because my honeymoon is not going to repeat and we did not expect that kind of deal for a hotel and a membership of that category. I would not return.

I just arrived back home from a 10 day stay with Now Jade and I was very impressed with this resort. The staff definitely made the trip very enjoyable and we really felt they did their very best to make our stay outstanding. The food was fantastic and the no reservation style of restaurants appealed to us, the wait times ended up being quite a bit shorter than what we were told and the pager system allows you to roam around while you wait. The room was spacious and clean with the exception of a sewer smell due to a dry trap on the bidet (yup washroom had a bidet and all we had to do was run some water in it to stop the smell). The event staff was great and never pressured us to join anything that we didn’t want to do. The pool was very warm when we first got there probably due some cooler weather just before we got there. The pool temperature definitely dropped to a cooler more refreshing temperature as the weather became hotter and hotter. The beach was long but skinny and had some rocky areas but a short distance away we found a sandy area to swim in. The red flags were flying the whole time we were there but I didn’t find the ocean all that scary to swim in because of that. I could go on but I will just say this, all issues we encountered were quickly resolved by the staff and I give Now Jade a 10/10 for making our holiday such an enjoyable experience.

Great hotel, courteous staff and good food.

It is a good hotel, the service is good, only that the beach suddenly there are many rocks between which you can find shells of all kinds, caution is recommended when walking. The tide is generally very quiet, you could say that it is kind pool of mini waves. Yes you like a good massage and a lower cost to the hotel, go to the beach, to one side is a palapa where the service is offered, are not part of the hotel but from experience they know what they are doing, and adjust your therapy to your needs. They also offer water activities and excursions. It is a good option to vacation.

Chic, excellent service, exceptional restaurants but with portions a little small. But our all inclusive package allowed us to take back as many portions as we wanted so it wasn't a problem. Very nice pool, but beach a bit disappointing… Lots of big stones in the water and sea too agitated for swimming.

Very nice Resort, nice staff. The beach is not bad (but not as pretty as that of Tulum). The Americans liked the food, for us the French, it had no taste, but it was not bad for so much…

Absolutely wonderful! Every morning we were greeted by Fidencio at the breakfast buffet outdoor seating. He was so good and made our breakfast experience great. Throughout the week Mauricio, from the Now Entertainment Team, went out of his way to make sure we were doing well and having a good time. Manuel from the preferred pool bar made our very best drinks. Maria, who greets the guest outside the restaurants, was so sweet. Going to miss these people. All around perfect week made possible by a very friendly team.

This was our first stay at Now Jade and we will definitely keep it in mind for future vacations. The staff here is fantastic. The hotel has a great location along the beach and is very beautiful overall. The food was pretty good and consistent and overall we didn't really have any issues.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and good accommodations. The beach itself is good for the most part; the sand is very nice, but there is a lot of rock and Coral around. They do after all have the second biggest Coral reef next to the Great Barrier Reef.

The resort is really nice, we upgraded to being preferred guests, bought a room with ocean view and king bed. As we come to check-in we get a room with 2 double beds… We go to complain and they give us a room with a king but no ocean view. We weren't in our room much so didn't let it get to us much but that was horrible, but aside from that the food was good and other services were as well.

Overall this hotel is a decent 4* hotel, rooms were large and comfortable it was nice to have the separate living area and made the room fee spacious, we had an inland view room on the 3rd floor and were above the tree canopy so views were nice, they wanted $45 a night for a sea view to me not worth it for the amount we would be looking at the view. We were in the standard part of the hotel and I am glad we didn't pay to go into preferred it seemed a lot quieter. Food was good we ate in majority of the restaurants our favourites were the Italian and the French and we went back there more than once. Breakfast there was a good choice and mimosa's were included which was a nice treat. Drinks were plentiful throughout the day by the pool the waiters were very attentive both by the pool and at the beach. Good selection of drinks too. We went on a bike ride with the entertainers one day to the local village it was an easy 15 minute ride and nice to see the village. The rooms are a little tired and could do with a spruce up and there were a lot of tiles missing in the pool. The sales pitch is the most annoying thing as soon as you arrive they try and get you to have a breakfast meeting about their holiday club, I had to ve very forceful in saying no there was no giving up from the sales people, not the best way to start the holiday. All in all nice hotel, nice surroundings and enough to do within the complex (nothing around it).

Staff is friendly, amenities are great, some of the features are a little run down (for example there was minor rust in the bathroom metal). There was a weird still water smell in our room the first night but it wasn't enough to complain. The room was a bit cold for us, especially the floor. The shower is one of the best I've used! The all-inclusive nature was amazing, but often made us feel uncertain about how much to tip staff. The alcohol seems watered-down which is a plus for me. Often times it takes a long time to get a drink, especially by the pool. The beer selection is lacking. The vegan options are lacking. If you're vegan, the Italian restaurant may be your best bet, but I'm not 100% sure if it was really vegan. The room service was surprisingly good and available 24/7. The housekeeping staff felt rushed, often missed things like giving us towels, but they were fast to correct any problems. Overall, had a wonderful stay.

I had a blast there! 5 days and 4 nights there… I wouldn't have chosen another place. Booking was a bit of a hassle for all the friends and family we had going there with us. Alot of confusion but all in all everything worked out. Good food, good service, wonderful staff, great rooms, beautiful scenery, and convenient. *sigh* I miss it!

Now Jade is an excellent hotel with superior customer service from staff. I had the pleasure of having my wedding here May 2017, and words can't describe how beautiful it turned out. All thanks to my on-site wedding planner Irina. She was amazing from the beginning to the end. She is experienced, listens to how you want your dream wedding day to be and then executes. Words can not describe how thankful I am for Irina. She truly made my wedding day picture perfect!

I had a great stay at this hotel from the time We got of the taxi, to the time We left to go home. We were greeted with cool towels and champagne at the front. Hotel just beautiful, we were escorted to check in. Every staff was super friendly. The room was nice and clean and incredible. It was restocked everyday an very well cleaned by luz. Ocean view was incredible. Food was great everywhere, the buffet was amazing. Lorenzo at the swing bar was great, and every other bartender at other bars was super great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. We would only stay here in the future. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cancun.

Awesome resort. Visited for a bachelorette celebration with 3 other women and we had a great time. The staff was more than superb. We even befriended a bartender that was extremely nice to us the duration of the trip. The food abs restaurants were the best! They were doing some renovations while we were there so we had to listen to some banging a couple hours but no big deal. They were also painting the doors and walls and we had to be careful. The only downfall to this resort was the entertainment. We were less than impressed with the shows they had to offer. We would still recommend and visit again!

This resort blew me and my expectations away! Before travelling here, I had read some not so great reviews, and after visiting this beautiful resort, I cannot fathom why! The lobby was the first place that caught my eye, as it has a large shark statue made up of tiny shark statues (really, really cool) overlooking a really beautiful picturesque ocean, I was greeted promptly by friendly, helpful staff. This is a family friendly resort, so expect lots of little ones; however, they do a really good job of making your stay enjoyable for all ages. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well stocked, they spared no expense and kept their eye on detail when building this place. They have a very large main pool with right by the beach, and the beach was a very nice size. All in all, I definitely give this place a 5 star for great service, beautiful grounds, and just all around fun.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 4 year anniversary. We were greeted with a glass of wine and the resort was gorgeous! (1star for that) Secondly outside of the beach and pool area there wasn't much entertainment it was very boring. We had to spend hundreds of dollars outside of the resort to enjoy our stay. They had a variety of restaurants to choose from which wasn't that great so we ate at the buffet area most of our stay. (2 stars thanks to the buffet area or we would have starved) The drinks were weak and our romantic dinner on the ocean was a disaster! Thank God we didn't pay the outrageous price of $200.00. The food came out really late and the mosquitos were so bad we couldn't enjoy the food when it finally came. Lastly, I came home with BED BUG BITES! We will not be back under any circumstances!

Beautiful resort with an outstanding view of the turquoise ocean, this resort offers enough space to allow you to wander the grounds, but small enough to never feel lost. Travel to the resort takes around 20 minutes from the Cancun airport. It's a bit out of the way compared to other resorts, but while it isn't as conveniently located to shopping or other tourist destinations as other resorts, the friendly staff are always willing to help you find what you need, or get you to where you want to go. Overall, the food was excellent, with multiple dining choices and styles to suit everyone, and the bars located throughout the resort are well stocked and attended. There are two pools located on the grounds (one for the upgrade members, and one for the rest of the resort), and neither ever felt too crowded. There are also lots of events and entertainment options throughout the day. At night, being a family-friendly resort, things usually quieted down around 10-11pm. Rooms were kept stocked (mini-fridge, toiletries, etc. ) and clean throughout our stay, and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Now Jade! The staff was absolutely phenomenal, the bartenders knew us by name after a couple of days, the entertainment staff was extremely entertaining and sometimes made us sad to even leave the resort knowing we'd miss a good show. The room was always clean, they even came in the evening to replace the towels and do a quick tidy up. On the first evening they called us to see if everything was going well, my fiancé did tell them that he noticed soap scum on the shower head and they came out within minutes to clean it. Every single staff member was friendly, even the cleaning crew. The food was not a 10 but it's all inclusive so I don't know who would expect more but it was definitely good. I am worried to ever go to another resort in Mexico, with fear that I may be disappointed! I highly recommend this resort and am extremely disappointed to see bad reviews!

It is a VERY AMAZING Hotel! You can have quiet time relaxing on the beach or enjoy socializing at the pools. Snack bar has fries to die for. Wait staff is fast & friendly. Buffet has a HUGE selection of items to pick from such as grilled steak or chicken to wide variety of Sushi. Enjoyed Hibachi food as well as friendly staff. Very entertaining :). Always came back to a clean room, beds made & stocked refrigerator. Only downside was birds helped themselves to your food while next to pool. Nothing the Hotel can do & the birds were there first. Haha. Highly recommend & will go back.

Not impressed at all with the place. It's extremely boring here. The restaurants are great, but the pools close at 6. And they don't provide much entertainment at night. The beach is not great at all. And there is only one full unless you pay for preferred. Which is not worth it because nobody is on that side. Overall there is way better places around the area for the same price. I do have to agree however that the staff made it an enjoyable stay. They were amazing.

Now Jade Riviera has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered and is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. We ate at all of the restaurants at the resort and all were great (surprisingly our least favorite was the Mexican restaurant). Buying up to the preferred suites is worth it. It gives you access to everything the resort has to offer. The beach is gorgeous (and yes there are some seaweed issues, but I'm not holding the resort responsible for the natural environment). There was some sort of live entertainment every night. They have shows in the theaters, movies on the lawn by the beach, a kids club, and tons more. You could stay and never leave the resort if you wanted (you can find plenty to do). I would recommend this resort to anyone, but I would also be interested in trying one of their other locations.

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon at Now Jade, and we had an amazing time! The pool is nice, there is a lot of beach front, the maid service stopped by at least 3 times a day, the food was good, but what really stood out is the service. Every employee seemed like they loved their job and we were treated so well. The entertainment team was a blast and there was always fun stuff going on! If we go back to Cancun we are definitely going back to Now Jade!

My second time in Cancun and it was a good experience. Now Jade staff was very friendly and helpful. Compared to other resorts this one is more family oriented and is more quiet. Rooms are acceptably clean and services is good.

Horrible! Dirty rooms, room service if you're lucky, and construction taking place while I was there causing my mother in law to fall in the process. I was offered to stay in another hotel only to find out that there were no rooms available. The manager I spoke with then offered me three nights for free if I came back within one year, I tried to meet with her but she was then never available. The beach was so full of rocks you couldn't even go in. Go someplace else you'll thank me.

Because I'm going through it great, excellent food service very good drinks rich Beach very clean and nice I recommend the beach in the area preferred very calm and quiet little cold pools but it is time this raining little but very refreshing daily so I if I recommend this resort, as they say here all… It is a pleasure.

Great service, large rooms, nice pools. However construction was going on while we were there and constantly interfering with shows. They put us in a room with two beds than moved us to a room beside the construction than to a room with a crappy view. Nice place but beware you might encounter some issues that make it less desirable.

I'll start with the positives. The restaurants are great — nice selection and the food is awesome. The staff are essentially all pleasant and stop to say hello. The beach was better than most; I believe it's a hybrid of natural and man-made but they've pulled it off well. The pool is pretty nice. The biggest problem I have is with the room. My bed had a huge dip in it; I mean massive. This is supposed to be a new resort so I imagine they probably bought the beds from another resort (? ). There were hand/finger smudges everywhere (we washed them ourselves). You have to believe me when I say … there was a USED RAZOR left in the room on the floor (wish I were joking). And probably the worst of it was the awful noises … it sounded like the people upstairs were moving heavy-wooded furniture over the tiled floor (except that wasn't what was causing the noise; it was incessant). Also the rooms are so close to the pool where they play “water volley”, loud music and host a seriously boisterous crowd. The TV was improperly installed (askew). The grout was awful and molded. And the view (at least from our room) was very disappointing; there was only a slight glimpse of an "ocean" (we had the "tropical-view" room). Instead of what we thought … a nice open view of the ocean … we saw overgrown and untidy wild growth, other buildings and a dilapidated trampoline. I have stayed at worse but I also paid less at those places.

In reception the reception with many faces: __“I'm having a terrible day, I care a cucumber, get Away, go away. ” __, lousy hosts, the make you feel welcome for them is a joke. Poor management is seen in their lack of excellence in the various services that bad mind offer, example: pool Area facilities the venetian mosaic broken out in different areas of the same, I should clarify that my girl tore her knee so deteriorated and in very poor state. Mold or algae significantly under the bridges of the pool in the desnatadores. The stench of swamp and moscos to the order, do not give respite. Lack of variety and animation in the pool, the buffet service, which is installed around the pool a fiasco, I left my daughters of 9 and 10 years old to 20:00 with no place for the buffet to wait 45 minutes, we went to the Asian and to wait 45 minutes, we went to the mexican and the same thing is to say A service is lousy. Then I ask myself where is the service that as a company devoted to this area should be given for guests to return…?. We were on the fourth level of some of its buildings, the elevator out of service and we were accompanied by our parents of 75 and 67 years of age… ask you again where is the excellence in the service?. Room 3410 with a leak in the roof (leaks) of sewage, with a detachment of table rock, if required I can upload the images.

All so far fine. Lots of Amis. Germans are here, and that's a good thing, a minority. Almost just families with children. Great and all are always trying very hard.
