Beautiful property with lots to discover. Hotel is surrounded by a natural river, which you can swim, kayak, and paddle-board in. Access to local excursions is also part of the all-inclusive cost. Mostly family oriented but also features an adult only section, for an extra cost. No night life; but with access to the local parks and ruins tours you find yourself too tired to stay up all night partying anyways. Food is good but repetitive in most restaurants.
I really enjoyed my stay here and was able to visit a couple of parks. Hands down one of the best trips. Why not 5 stars? The whole picture process. I was advised that as long as we stayed at the Xcaret Resort our photos would be available for 100 days (Totally not True) The lack of communication on how to obtain my photos if you do not speak Spanish was horrible. Finally after 55 days advised that photos are no longer available.
This is a great place where you can have great experiences and memorable moments with family, friends or a romantic trip.
The architecture was develop respecting the natural environment and richness of the place.
Great infrastructure was built to provide an environment to enjoy different places within the great hotel extension that are carefully decorated to give a singular touch to each one of them.
