A very familiar place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

WARNING! We checked in 3:00 this afternoon which is Sunday. The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. As we we're checking in there was very obnoxious electronic music excessively loud coming from the hotel behind this hotel. We we're told they only play music over the weekend and stop around 5 or 6pm. That was a lie. We spoke with other guests and they stated the music didn't stop until around 1AM and they play every night. Unless you like living in a night club with super loud music you will hate it here. We booked 3 nights & plan on getting out tomorrow. The staff just lies about the noise, other guests are not happy as well.

Very good service from the staff. A little warm the rooms. The air conditioner cools but after half hr on. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful Hotel! Rooms with lots of space. It has a swimming pool and a few meters the space for breakfast.
The employees are always attentive, especially ZULE, suggesting places to meet and go to dinner. It is in an excellent location 1 block from Fifth Avenue.

Great place! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast Sensilla but rich (yogurt, cereals, coffee milk, fruit, toast and biscuits juices). We didn't use the pool. Excellent location Comfortable rooms and for me the most important clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Accessible to get around and get to know Playa del Carmen. We want to highlight the human warmth of all the staff. In my case we celebrated a special birthday and when we got to the room we were expecting a beautiful surprise made by Cinthya, Amparo and Zule. We share the photos:

The truth if the mega I recommend to 100% I travel 3 months ago to Cancun and travel with enough family and children and this very reasonable price very close to the beach to the avenue of bars and novelties, very comfortable and clean. I want to share that if you stay in Playa del Carmen The tours are more economical…

Very warm and helpful Cintia and Sebastián, in the part of the buffet Alejandro very attentive, friendly, comfortable facilities.

It is a good hotel, the bed was very comfortable, they have pool but I didn't use it actually. There is SMART screen in the room so I could see a bit of Netflix and it has everything you need. The truth is that you hear a little noise from the wing room and it is annoying. I had breakfast included which was continental and for being free it was good. Coffee, fruit, juice, bread, ham, cheese and sometimes bacon or potato stew. You can also order from the menu eggs to taste or whatever you want. I like what there is coffee and tea available all day to drink, which is very nice to have a taste of tea in your room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is very close to Quinta Avenida and Playa Mamitas. For the price and quality I recommend it.

Very comfortable rooms, soaps and shampoo of the bathroom of very good quality. Friendly service, no parking but close to the Walker tourist.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Quick and easy check in, great location, and great rates! Room was clean and cool, and the bedding was quite comfortable. Didnt use the pool or any amenities, but as far as lodging goes — for Playa on a budget, I'd recommend!

I wished they have a little lamp by the bed side because to light the room you have to turn all 4 lights on the ceiling by the fan and is very Hot. Out than that everything was great.

Great hotel. Good breakfast Some smell problems in the bathroom. Great air conditioning and generous television. Cleaning service in excellent room, great receptionist. Also inside the reception there is a useful ATM and an expert guide for the sale of the tours at reasonable prices.

My wife and my son 6 months we stayed 4 days and 4 nights (our flight was early in the morning of the last night) and the service was excellent and that in the end is what matters since one can stay in a 7 stars but if the service is bad there is no point. Full breakfast included with purchase of specific dishes around of the USD6.00
A few meters away is the 5th Avenue and although there is an Irish Pub bar a few steps, is not heard any noise during the night, our baby slept well. There is a counter of information of all the tours and activities in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel etc. The personal calls you by your name. Xcaret is 20 minutes away by bus. 5 minutes by taxi is the ferry to Cozumel. A 20-minute walk there is a supermarket.

Great hotel! Vacationing there in may 2013 year to sea five minutes pleasant walk. Inside good-natured staff, beautiful girls at reception:) pool at the posh area of the OASIS! :)

I spent one night here and 2 nights at its sister property Aqualuna. SERVICE: The Xperience hospitality is infinite. The staff circulates between the properties, had the pleasure to deal with 3 of the same concierges. They really go out of their way to help you, beyond what was included on your rate card when you booked. I was really amazed. ROOM: Very luxurious for a great price. Very clean, too. The only "potential" issue is that the hotel is close to a busy street. I thought this could cause some noise, but if you close the door of your bathroom once you go to sleep, you won't hear a thing ;) plus free Wi-Fi, free computers with Internet in the lobby case you don't bring your own, got free breakfast, etc. Really great value LOCATION: Excellent, just a block from 5th Avenue and about 3 or so blocks from some of the best beach clubs/nightlife. Very easy, walking distance. Made exploring the city a breeze In short, another excellent stay with Xperience!

We stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend. The location was AMAZING (1 block from 5th Avenue and 3 blocks from Mamita's Beach) Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a really pretty modern bathroom. With everything the hotel offers (pool, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi), it was a great deal!
