The most amazing resort ever! Finally a resort that makes you feel like family, not like another number. If you don't want that traditional hotel / massive resort / corporate vibe to your vacation, but instead you value personalized service and attention to detail, that can only come from a family run business in a small botique property, this is the place for you! Quiet resort with Maroma adventures right next door so if you want to go out for some excursions it's quick easy access. Top shelf everything… Booze to food… This place is perfection!

I booked an all inclusive package with this resort. When I arrived I was told that only guests could walk into the hotel. When I told the individual, his name was Angel, that I was a guest, he told me no I wasn’t. That only guests could walk into the Hotel. All in all, I wasn’t allowed to walk into the hotel to check in. I guess I didn’t look like a typical American with dollar signs on my face. This hotel needs to train their employees not to discriminate against their guests. So I was “homeless” for a few hours, but I was able to find a reasonable hotel near by. Horrible service by its employees. After I called the hotel manager I was hung up on several times. Dont waste your time or money!
