A good place to use it as a base and make excursions.
The hotel is very well located. But at night you have to buy earplugs because of the proximity to the discs. It's a little sloppy the bar it has and the beach.

Hello, the mattresses very worn, the sheets are the same, the towels desilachadas, we had a problem with the conditioner dripping and dripping water, a lot of noise for a couple of bars close to close to the 4am, in order only by the proximity of the beach and the price is Redeemable, but I would not stay again.

Very bad customer service provided by the manager, a day before we did our reservation some information was provided so we reserved our room. Once we arrived the next day the manager changed what we agreed on, she was very rude and even tried to give us our money back so we could go somewhere else. We would have gone somewhere else but at the time it was too late for us to come up with another plan. I told the manager I would complaint to the owner, the service she provided was very poor and rude. Honestly, the manager does not have any service skills, hopefully her boss gets to read this and does a follow up on it. We do not recomend this place at all until they make changes!

Comfortable close to all lack maintenance this very left but excellent couple go of step would miss place for breakfast.

Unfortunately it is a common evil of Playa del Carmen El Sargazo or algae and the noise of the clubs. Impossible to Sleep.

Excellent location, clean room and friendly treatment of the staff and the same there are unnmuchacho in the entrance watching that no strangers enter, a detail to consider is that close to the area of clubs so there is a lot of noise.

Shame on this hotel for dumping sewage into the Sea! That is so disscusting! So harmful on so many levels!

Very good location and basic services. It's a 2-star, hot water problem. Excellent price and location near the centre and next to the sea.

A problem hot water does not come out until you complain, and what comes out is a mini drizzle the adults can withstand the water "at the same time" but if you bring small it is a problem to bathe them with cold water.

Need to get here earlier in day (they close at 6) Food was scrumptious! Ordered chic fajitas, Chic burrito, and Mexican steak dinner. All meals were generous, delicious and they have the best guacamole I've had so far, really fresh with just the right blend of onion, tomato and spices! Drinks were also delicious, and sized perfect. Looks like it would be a great place to have a few drinks with friends old and new! Nice place to enjoy a drink, good meal, and feel toes in sand!

The worse hotel ever. They had bugs, no wash clothes, the bed was hard and the for had a home in it. Not worth staying.

Bad, worst ever, never stay there. Never, ever, ever stay in this horrible place.

Excellent service, location, host hospitality phenomenal!, perfect minisplit, has the essentials; although I believe if they should invest a little more in the maintenance of the facilities (Wifi network there was not always signal, the TV's very small, cortinero fell, pavement with potholes), nor I like the fact that the windows did not open. I congratulate you on the speed in which you addressed my problem with water (I don't know if it was your fault but you knew how to solve it in time) If I considered placing the 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐, it was because the staff you have, are quite helpful and that's why you should put a business Like this. I hope you take my comment into account.

Price is OK, we had only cold water very close to the stand, which is super.

They say that there is hot water and leaves warm, the mattresses very uneasy, in the night is heard a lot Ruidobde the nearby clubs, the beach in front of the hotel has large stones and placed sandbags, not for swimming. The good thing is the location and the treatment of the people who work there.

Excellent staff. Humble and good people. I forgot a pair of tennis, I went for them three days later and they were keeping them. Thanks a lot!

If you are looking for a cheap place to just sleep and the rest of the day being out is a good option, the best is its location. The bad thing is that you hear a lot the noise of the bars, not always ay hot water, do not put or have blankets and the air conditioning is very cold, the pool and beach area small and very neglected.

The beds are stone, do not rest much for the same thing I was offered King and arriving here all are matrimonial and repeat super hard. Everything else beautiful ahh a lot of noise is very close to the clubs.

It's an good place for you stay on playa del Carmen, the food it's good too. I liked.

The hotel is next to the 12 street so is very comfortable go to a bar and drink until midnight. The beds are very uncomfortable.
