Do not hesitate to stay here. The place is clean and we'll thought out. There is a courtyard that I some how missed in the photos, and was spectacular. Very reasonable. Easy walk to 5th Ave in Playa Del Carmen. Stores for anything within walking distance. And Matteo and Sabina both wonderful hosts. Matteo gave me all the info I requested. He even booked a tour which was awesome! Truly great time! Cheers.
EXCELLENT PLACE it looks much better than in the photos. A very good Wi-Fi that allowed me work online without failures. For sure I will be back soon. Thank you so much Matteo and Sabina.

Excelent! Wonderful! Not only the apartment is impeccably clean and well furnished but Sabina and Matteo are amazing hosts! It was a home away from home! Internet works perfect, outdoor space cozy and romantic, easy access to food places and the famous 5th Avenue and safe to walk at any time. We loved our stay here and we will definitely come back!
