It is close to the Adeo bus stop and the ferry terminal. There is no inconvenience because it is the center of the city. The staff were all kind and the people who stayed were nice. Recommended for backpackers. Private room is comfortable to use with friends. I will stay again.

Amazing venue, great location and incredible value for money — just a real shame about the business acumen of some of the self centred staff — volunteers with no ambition/motivation to excel making the establishment neither money or proud! I sincerely hope the owners are able to sort their personnel out as this truly could be a gold mine and the place to be whether you are just passing through and spending long periods of time in Playa. 3b or not 3b, that is the question!

Awesome bar, good tunes, good prices for drinks.

If you want to spend a Super Sunday on a terrace with pool and the best electronic music and its various genres, this is the place to have fun.

Don't buy drugs from the people working here! The fat guy working here is working with the police. Selling coke to guests and the police wait around the corner to take you to jail and he gets commission. Please be careful!

A great place to have a drink rest or make friend, the staff is incredible is near the main places in playa del Carmen. I heard they have an awesome bikes you can cheaply rent and stop paying those super expensive taxis and transportation. Ask for the white bikes.

Amazing place with very helpful stuff! Clean, cheap and brilliant location. Many creative poeple from all over the world who works with passion. Definitely will be back there.

I stayed at Hostel 3B when I visited Playa del Carmen in April and this place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and there's a great mix of guests from all over the world. Seriously, I could have stayed here for Months. Don't miss the Sunday Pool Party — we came back up from Tulum for the day just to check it out and it did not disappoint. This will be an essential stop on my next trip to Quintana Roo. Definitely recommend to anyone coming through.

Usual Sunday was one of the sickest party’s I’ve been to in a long time. Definitely the best party in Playa Del Carmen on a Sunday, a must! The hostel was really great, clean and the food was unreal. I will stay there again when I come back…

This place is great! I was here with my friends a couple of days and we love it! The room is very comfortable, the people who works there is there for you all the time and the party… Rocks! Also they have a breakfast very tasty!

The place to be on Sundays! Electro music, pool, BBQ and pretty people, definitely a mist if your in playa.

An excellent choice good treatment very relaxed but when there is party it gets super glad.

Front staff was nice. Bar staff only ok. Breakfast staff, good one day, terrible the next. Rooms simple but clean and served there purpose just fine. Good mix of fans and AC. There isn't really a good daytime hang out space so I found there was no real social aspect other then the night time rooftop parties. I went specifically for the party but was pretty disappointed. The music was just plain bad, basic 90s techno that you can head bob to but not really dance to. It just didn't feel any more like a party then your average pub night but in a much cooler atmosphere with way worse music. Won't go back but others might enjoy it more then I did.

I think about the rooftop. Very well-cocktailed! On Sundays they pass electronic music, but the rest of the days vary. Loved the place!

Such a nice hostel, excellent location and helpful staff expecially Cuauhtemoc, he gave us heaps of tips to enjoy The Riviera Maya. The place is clean and tidy. On the other hand, I think the Sunday party is overrated, it’s not bad, it’s just ok. They would have a deal with a Nightclub in order to keep the atmosphere once the bar closes.

Excelent prize, the rooms are always clean and in order, you can trust that your luggage is safe. All the people is really kind and as an extra, you get to know a lot of strangers.

Suuuuuper recommended, beautiful hostel, very complete facilities and people who work there very good vibes and nice, predisposed to help you and make you feel comfortable during the stay.

I went to party on Sunday. Good party. But they lack bathrooms, people spend a lot of time queuing to go to the bathroom.

The atmosphere is amazing and the best are the people who cater to it. I consider that they have to improve the breakfast, for everything else it was a great experience.

The rooftop is great for listening to good music, relaxed atmosphere and cheap. The Usual Sundays are a success.

My shoes were stolen, forgot them under my bed in the morning, returned a couple of hours later from my trip and they were gone, which is just very disappointing… the hostel per se is ok! for sure bad luck, still very sad that many people here are quite racists against white people who look like gringos.

Great place in Playa Del Carmen. Superb location, very clean, even better price. Staff is just wonderful, especially Toto Ramirez and the rooftop bar/pool is just the cherry on top. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

It was pretty empty when we stayed but the rooftop bar is great and they had an open mic night. I've heard the parties on Sunday are definitely worth visiting!

The place is good and well located but the service just sucks! Someone else took our beds and the guy in charge didn't care and gave us bad spots. They allegedly offer breakfast buy it is a tiny bread, half a banana and bad, bad coffee.

Great location, at the south end of the strip. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. However, they have a weird rule that you cannot drink in the common area or in your room. Also screwed my our booking so our friend and I had to sleep in different rooms. Other than that I had a good time and would recommend.

Great location, great staff especially Ben, maribel and Sebastian the singer! Had lots of fun there with a lovely pool and outdoor area! Would stay here again no problem!

We had one of the private rooms on the rooftop and it was amazing. Mostly private balcony overlooking the street and pool (shared with one other room) and own bathroom. The hostel's location couldn't be more perfect.

Been here 3 times now, it's very addictive it will be come a second family, great music flgreat location.

Very good but missing a little more than attention in the rooms the our had no window at all the hostel very good people wave and there is much moisture smell after bar is the more.

The best hostel in Playa del Carmen… the rooms are clean and well maintained. It is right in the Centre of Playa del Carmen near the station of autobuces of the 5th Avenue (to walk) and Pier to Cozumel.
Ideally, the pool and the bar which is on the roof where play electronic music.
Definitely the best choice in Playa del Carmen.
