Excellent place I loved.

Nice small hotel, well located close to the playa Norte, restaurants, shops and the ferry. Spacious rooms, very friendly staff. When we booked the studio it was withouth the breakfast but still a small breakfast was included, how nice! The kitchen should have more equipment.

Awesome place! Very clean, spacious, close to playa norte and central beach. Helpful staff. Room is replenished daily. Hot water in shower. Basic breakfast. Cereal and toast. Cable TV. CONS: Could feel the springs in the bed, my back hurts. Loud guests, screaming after 10pm. (Not every night) but no enforcement.

Rooms are bare bones yet very comfortable. Great location for the downtown area of the isle. Very affordable and the staff are pleasant and extremely helpful.

Don't know where to start even! 1. The hotel is located 5min walk from Playa Norte. 2. We were with a car and ALWAYS found a on-street parking place right in front of the hotel 3. The perfect combination of a hotel-hostel vibe and 4. Super clean, probably the cleanest room we had in Mexico 5. The best hotel staff in Mexico — all of them 6. Although there was no mentioning of breakfast being included, they served a basic but nice breakfast included in the price 7. Awesome garden with a small pool 8. Very nice rooms 9. THE PRICE If I ever come back to Isla Mujeres (and I hope I do as its amazing! ), this will be the only place I would stay at! THUMBS UP TO ALL OF YOU WORKING THERE :)

Had made a 4 day reservation for 2-10-14. Arrived on 2-10 and was told my reservation had been mysteriously cancelled, not by me. I was forced to take the ferry to Cancun to get to get lodgings. Then The hotel has audacity to charge me a $100 cancellation fee. I have protested the situation through bookingcom. If you check on other hotel website reviews this seems to be a common practice for these people. You would be extremely wise to pass this establishment up. They are unscrupulous and are just out to make a quick buck no matter who has to pay. Run do not walk from this hotel and their staff.

Excellent location! Near the pier, close to the beach and downtown! Simple but nice Hotel. It has pool, does not include breakfast but have implemented one "courtesy" and it is a nice touch. The only little problem we had was with the hot water, one of the days it cost to get out and it was very low pressure.

The room was very spacious and clean. A very quiet atmosphere that looks like you're home.

The hotel is not really recommended. Although the courtyard is quite sweet, the rooms are quite familiar. The furniture I think puzzled by bulky waste together. The staff is sometimes extremely unkind! Have checked out after two nights and moved to another hotel in the street. This was cleaner and in much better shape. The staff were friendly and the whole thing was even cheaper. Isla Caracol? Don't book!

El personal no es tan amable como normalmente se espera que sea constantemente tienen problemas parfa cobrar con tarjeta o tal vez no quieren cobrarte de esa forma! hay mejores opciones en isla.

Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, 2 blocks from the main shopping and restaurants. Awful coffee though but are the corner is Tangy, Great little coffee bar.

One night is 550, good price compared to hotels around. Good service and well maintained.

Nice clean rooms with good air-conditioning. Rest of the hotel areas is less looked after. Hotel provides coffee break in the mornings with toast and coffee.

Water low pressure. Also times no water. Clean room.

We are currently staying here, room 9. We love the location and staff is friendly. No flushing toilet or hot water. Tv doesn't work, probably due to the storm though. Very sparse from bedding and towels to storage. Nice to have a fridge and outdoor space. I'd say a night or two, maybe, not the four were due to stay.

A quaint, clean, little hotel in Isla Mujeres. We stayed here in a beautiful and spacious King room. The employees took great care of their guests and their hotel. It is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping and also has a cute little patio area for quiet time. This is my beautiful friend Diane on the patio.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Gabriella and Enrique were very nice, warm and helpful. Clean rooms with air conditioning and a small fridge as well as a area to prepare cold foods. Pool is very refreshing on warm nights. Best price vs quality. Very happy going back next year!
