Excellent stay in Isla Mujeres, I recommend it, I give them a 10.

Noisy and has poor internet but they are common problems in the island.

Good hotel, near the mall, four blocks from Playa Norte. The ones who cater to the place super friendly. The room was very nice and clean.

They define boutique hotels with reception desks where you can play the so-called Mexican lotto, so on the go of people sometimes not advisable. Noisy rooms overlooking the nightclub, Wi-Fi that takes bad, possibility of using computers in the adjoining room, overall I was not satisfied given the amount of money.

The customer service is very good, especially if something is not right and you day so in an online post. Our missing hot water was worked on until it was fixed, which was all we asked for. This is a charming inexpensive place in a really good location in town. Unless you do not like street noise. Our room had 2 balconies. And 2 additional windows. No need for air con as far as we were concerned, it was heavenly.

I have stayed here 4 times over the last year. The staff is very friendly, the hotel and rooms very clean and super reasonably priced. Quick walk to the beautiful beach!

Well located, clean, only minus are the poor breakfast (coffee only, and not very nice one) and the bathroom, whose door opening made kind of not very comfortable.

The hospitality was awesome! The hotel was in a convenient location, close to Playa Norte. We were able to walk anywhere and great restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable at an affordable price! Thanks so much, Isaiah and Familia!

An excellent option in Isla mujeres, has a good value for your money, the facilities are very good for the cost of the room, and the best was the attention and friendliness of its staff.

The staff is so friendly and very good. It is very clean and we'll kept. Very easy to get to grocery store, restaurants, and the beach from this hotel.

Nice clean place to stay on the island. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that you only get one room key and it has to be left in the room to keep the power to the A/C and refrigerator on. Besides that great little place to stay.

Surprised at reviews mentioning cleanliness. Just returned yesterday and the place is spiffy clean with a wonderful staff from top to bottom. Highly recommend. Central to all your needs.

Over the years I made 15 trips to Isla Mujeres and each trip we spent our time at Hotel Isleno. We watched this family and this hotel grow and flourish. What a wonderful family. Those were the days and this was the place. Hola from Carl, Jan and Sean Miller in Ohio.
