I highly recommend the hotel! Very comfortable, spacious, good location. The service is good! I only suggest that they use the safe because in the room my mom left her bag one day that we went for a walk and brought cash and on the return she was gone! He had been robbed, the only person who comes in is the cleaning.

It is central has a nice event area and make buffet on Sundays you can enjoy the beautiful view. The staff service very efficient and friendly.

He is definitely the most helpful concierge I have ever met in my life!
Even though they were full the night I came, he said to come anyway, and we would sort something out, and it helped to lessen my despair not knowing where I would lay my head that night. Josue, the manager, also took really really good care of me, and I had a wonderful night there in the end. I decided not even to go out and just sit on my balcony and watch the splendid sunset…

A decent clea, well operated hotel conveniently located walking distance from the Cancun ferry docks. I ended up here as part of a travel package I won so cannot comment on pricing but I'm guessing reasonable for the area. Plenty of close shopping and tourist options.

Our tour group of 20 stayed here over two nights. The staff was very helpful and outstandingly friendly. The property and building is immaculate and beautiful. Conveniently located right off the pier. We were very impressed! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is awesome!

It's a good place and great location the food is not so great and not located so greatly either just bread and coffee cereal but other than that highly recommended.

The hotel is OK. It's a bit noisy, and its a little bit far from tge Isla Mujeres downtown. It's not that it's far, but it's a little uncomfortable going there at night. The breakfast is poor.

Very good hotel on Main Street near the ferry.

I liked it very much. The location is perfect. 3rd floor and up have a very nice view. It’s not on the beach and doesn’t have a resort style pool but north beach is nearby. This is a great place for the price. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

Awesome Location, friendly staff, clean and tidy spacious rooms. Highly recommend for the price. We had a lovely stay and would come back to stay if end up back at Isla Mujeres some day.

Wonderful hotel, clean, comfortable beds, and great staff. Walking distance to everything, and this is the best hotel we've stayed at for our 5th year coming to Isla Mujeres. We didn't have a fridge in our room and they found us one. We had a family emergency and originally our booking was non refundable, however they authorized the refund of the nights we weren't staying due to the circumstance. The only negatives were the REALLY LOUD hostel next door but they usually shut down between 11-midnight, and the coffee at the continental breakfast was not good. I would definitely stay here next time but I would pay extra for a bay view room. The pictures here are of the Bayview from breakfast.

Very nice and clean rooms. View to the bay is cool, plus everything is walking distance. Small and cool pool, not like anyone actually uses it since the beach is super close and it's is the most beautiful and incredible beach in the world. Amenities are ok, this is a very simple place to stay at Isla Mujeres. BUT beware, right behind there is another hotel, not as big and not as nice, but their bar plays very loud and bad music all. Day until around 8 or 10, so that might be bad if you want to rest or go to sleep early. Other than that, I give this place a thumbs up.

We just stayed there last week of November 2017 and first few days of December. We lucked out with this hotel. Great location, central to the ferry and main shopping and dining areas; not far from the north beach either. The room was always clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. All of the reception staff speak English well enough and the other staff in the hotel are welcoming and accomodating. I would especially like to mention the hotel manager, Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and well cared for. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the entertainment from the fish market / pier opposite is a treat. We loved our 8 nights at the Bahia Chac Chi and would recommend it every time as a super affordable, clean, well provisioned and friendly place to stay while on Isla Mujeres.

Nice hotel in Isla Mujeres, it is two minutes from the ferry. 5 minutes from downtown. Big and roomy rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in early July 2017. It is right near the ferry — — super convenient! I had requested a high, bay-facing floor when I made my reservation and that request was perfectly fulfilled! I was SO happy to check-in and receive that news. Also upon check-in, I received a complimentary margarita that was delicious. Not super high in alcohol, but very tasty for the hot weather! The room was very, very clean upon arrival as well as every day thereafter. Be sure to tip the maid staff daily! The view from my bay-facing room was amazing. It made for some beautiful sunsets over Playa Norte to the north of the hotel. The balcony was perfect for early morning or evening relaxation. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel. Great, great, great hotel for the price!

The people were lovely. Only a block from from the ferry. Fantastic place to watch the sunset. Perfect if you just want a nice place to crash.

I thought this hotel was close to the beach, but sadly it's not. I occasionally perceive the smell coming out of the kitchen, and that's not so good. The price is too high for what you get. I think there are better places in Isla with better rooms, service, etc. And at moderate prices.

The room I stayed in was quite noisy and made me feel uncomfortable when I lodged here. I had important jobs to complete on the said day, so I booked for one night in order for me to complete my project and deliver to my clients, but I couldn't do this due to the noise coming from the main road on Isla Mujeres. I had a bad experience because my aim there was not achieved due to their wrong setup.

I don't have nice things to say about this place because I did not enjoy my stay here. The staff are not professionals, and one would have to shout to get his message across. It got to a stage where I had to yell at the young lady at the bar before she could attend to me, yes it's that bad. Poor service overall, they should work on how to improve, or they will lose more customers.

Spacious room with king size bed. Balcony overlooking the sea view. Spotless! Bathroom with huge shower. Breakfast not very varied but good. Only the air conditioning is too high and not adjustable!

Bahia Chac Chi is a quaint hotel conveniently located close to the port. Although a busy street, the pool side room was pleasantly quiet. During our stay there were only a few amenities we looked for and they had them all:towels, refilled water, simple breakfast, and most importantly ice cold air conditioning. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English very well. Overall, a simple room, but everything we needed.

I want to thank Armado for his amazing customer service and kindness at the very late hour on a Saturday night this week! I called from the states to assist a friend in finding a hotel around midnight, due to unfortunate mariner issues. He stayed on the phone with me until my friend's cab literally arrived out front and graciously helped him to a much needed, peaceful, retreat for the night. His communication, wit and willingness was the ultimate combo for a winning tourism and service LEADER! If I'm ever down, I will call Bahia Chac Chi first!

The room was spacious, clean and good (but with no refridgerator) and the staffs were very kind and helped us in trouble (instead of fridger, they provided ice and an icebox for our food stuff and the manager responsible of network checked and improved the poor Wi-Fi connection happened at first day) also its location is also very good, 160m from ferry terminal and within walking distance to playa norte not wonderful place for honeymoon couples but family travelers or other couples would be satisfied.

Good location, lovely rooms. It also has a pool but it is always in the shade. Very poor breakfast.

All the staff were outstanding and very helpful. Rooms and facilities were very clean, and very affordable. We will be back here to stay again.
