The place is beautiful, the attention of the restaurant staff is very friendly, pity for the attitude of a lady who is at the reception, I don't know if she is the owner or manager she is very rude and unhelpful.

Lovely accommodations in a beautiful part of Holbox. Excellent restaurant with service that's mostly good, couple of times I had to wait a bit too long to be attended. Overall, a perfect place for a very relaxing and disconnected break from everything. The shower gets 5 stars. Small details like truffles or cream puffs in the evenings delivered to your room make this a place above average. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy and balconies/decks all look towards the ocean, either directly or via the well-maintained garden.

Beautiful, good view, good restaurant and something expensive.

Of the best hotels in Holbox, with a beautiful beach and I would say, the only one where you can do a walk in the sea.

If you seek tranquility here is the place to have it.

Fuie to have breakfast one day some rich eggs and green juice and a cappuccino Pagir about 280pesos My surprise was when I ordered another cappuccino I was charged 140pesos. They paid for the services they gave them. But the place is unique.

Beautiful looking accommodation. Our bioluminescent algea tour departed from their beach. Lounging on their beach side cabanas watching the sunset was unforgettable.

Really a bad service when you pay for a day pass. In that day a couple would have a romantic dinner so they ask us to leave the beach area and they don't mind that we'd pay for being there only 3 hours. Really expensive and poor service. It's a pity to have a privileged place in island with that service.

Found a little mouse was living inside my sneaker, alive! In my room on the second floor. I killed him without knowing he was inside when I went to put my sneaker on. I crushed him with my foot. It was really sad for me as I love animals & I really liked this hotel… but the people on the front desk at the time didn't even flick an eyelid when I told them about the situation… very disappointing as Mice can carry serious diseases! The hotel and place is awesome, the service of the waiters is great, the service of the front desk people and other services is completely awful and harm really hard the experience in this place.

An incredible location with excellent service. You really feel at home in paradise. This is our third time in Holbox and the second at Las Nubes. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are plenty of amenities in the beach. Don't expect a big "chain" hotel — that's is the point, correct? Food is really good, tasty with few options though, but enough to please you if you are craving for local or even some Italian dishes (I recommend the risotto).

Amazing place, the service excellent the best is harmony with nature enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea.

As it says another friend q is also outlined "an incredible place on the planet" urgent improvements dispatchers repellent all over the place, I came back with 180 picketing the problem is q appear 12 to 24 Hrs after the picket, the zancudo is micro and pylon transparent :/ never imagine such landscapes, with the best compańia my wife and two daughters. :)

We stayed a few days in this beautiful hotel, our room was a suite with sea view, room was simple but the view to the sea and its unbelievable colors the best choice returned it.
The only thing that exceeded what were the sunsets from the deck of the hotel is magical.
The town is not far away and the hotel has bikes and kayaks that are free and work very well to explore.
The first day we arrived directly to the spa is the best way to remove all the stress and then be able to enjoy the nature, the hotel adjoins Holbox reserve as far as you can see many beautiful birds.
Requests to put you a few sun loungers on the sandbanks that are opposite the hotel is the best place to rest without a doubt.
Restaurant eats super rico asks something of fish is super fresh or a rich lobster, homemade bread for breakfast is unique.
The hotel you can arrange excursion we went to the island birds and snorkel in cabo catoche.
We want to return very soon, no doubt the best place.

Definitely one of my best vacations. Insurance will be back soon.
