Excellent service at the restaurant, food was delicious and waiters we're really nice and helpful.

Great location. Clean, simple and comfortable rooms. No t. V. Breakfast included: bread, fruit, coffee, juice and a hot plate. Excellent sea view. The restaurant was very friendly and helpful.

Mistake not having cameras all over the hotel, they stole a fishing rod and we couldn't see the recordings. To order the pool towels It took us over an hour to Dárnoslas. They forgot to put water to drink and towels in the room after Asearla. The breakfast that includes the hotel is very poor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the pier.
In general it is well for the place where it is located, but it fails much Wi-Fi signal, the water "drinking" is actually salty, do not let you know that you should not leave clothes on the balconies, as there are opossums who steal your clothes, breakfast in the hotel only served 8 At 10, they do not have tele in the rooms, perhaps it is the concept of the hotel, but if so the cost is somewhat elevated, with regard to what it offers.
The beach Club is fine as it is cozy and they serve good drinks.
The hotel is nice and the staff is what most helps you as they are very attentive.

The hotel has very clean, rustic-style facilities, located next to the beach. It has a continental breakfast included in the lodging. You can have lounge chairs, also from here it is possible to hire the services to get to know the island's attractions (transfer to bioluminescence area, visit to Cabo Billete, visit to the three islands, rent of bicycles, etc). The staff is very professional and friendly.

A comfortable hotel with 2 medium-sized swimming pools. The attention is from regular to good. The drinks and food from the bar are generally bad. The cost of lodging a little high. It has very good sea view.

Nice hotel with beautiful beach and beach Club, 2 pools for children, good service of the staff, you can walk to the center in 5 min. Only thing is that sometimes you wake up without water and you have to go to warn. Price is expensive the hotel and club but like everything on the island Holbox.

We can eat breakfast at night and enjoy the private beach as a result. Nice servers and breakfast as very affordable drinks.

I really liked the place, it is very relaxing, the beach is very nice, the breakfast is literally egg and fruit, it is better to have breakfast elsewhere. But I would definitely go back and recommend it!

Amazing location, right on the beach and close to city center. Child and pet friendly, 2 pools (one seemingly made just for small children), and a private beach club right on the sand/water. Be warned though, this is the kind of place where you come to completely unplug. The hotel has Wi-Fi, but it's unreliable. There's also no TVs in the rooms. But we did have chairs and a hammock on our patio/balcony.

Calm the waves, walks on the beach are perfect, you get lodging to all budgets…

Holbox is an island with small, with maximum 30 streets of its habitat.

The truth is the hotel is very nice and nice. I give it three stars because we hired the vision room and when we arrived, by a supposed system problem, our room had been granted to another guest, and they wanted to offer us a smaller category. Although we were going to reduce the rate, it was not what we wanted, luckily we offered a better and was solved.
Breakfast has very little variety of food to be a continental breakfast.

One of the few private beaches of Holbox where people outside the hotel can enjoy the deckchairs, sofas, and cushions!

We had an amazing experience at the hotel Holbox Dream. First of all, the location is splendid with a view from our room on the beach so we could see the pelicans sitting on the woods. Second, great stuff! Well organized, polite, very helpful and friendly! Personal thanks to Massimiliano, Jessy and everyone we met at reception desk. We had a great time also during our trip to Cabo Catoche that we booked at the hotel.

Location is great — on the beach. The service and the rooms are not the best. Decent value for money, but you can find better places on the island.

A very nice Hotel, spacious and clean rooms with a very attentive staff. Centrally located, just 5 minutes walk and by the beach.

The grounds are very nicely designed, the beach maintained. Cozy to stay at the Beach club. Unfortunately a bit noisy from the neighboring hotels (narrow Hotel mile).
The room was very small and the breakfast was very good. Since I did not have the reservation at hand, we got a standard room despite premium booking. We could still change, but the more expensive premium room is not worth much more than the standard room. And rooms with beach front there is only one.
Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.
The breakfast is very meager and for eggs you have to pay extra. 1 toaster was available for all guests and butter did not manage to organize the kitchen.
The tables on the beach were full of sand and not cleaned.
The smell on the beach also reminds of a sewer.

This place is just paradise! We loved everything here from the nice hotel area, over the warm and friendly people working there, the amazing atmosphere at the beachclub, the poolview to the delicious breakfast. The rooms here are decorated with beautiful details, the housekeepers form the cutest things ever seen out of the towels and the shower is made of a seashell which made every shower an experience itself. We loved everything here and felt like home.

It's a great place to stay. You are far enough from downtown. You need to take cash to the island because is hard to find an ATM that works. The beach clubs do not accept credit card.

Fascination — disappointment — well felt …
The first impression when we saw the hotel and our room was briefly summarized, fascination. The charm of a small hotel designed with attention to detail and everywhere sand, the palm trees and the pool … all this gave us a feeling to be in the right place. When we got to the beach, which by the way is located directly next to the hotel and the hotel bar, we were disappointed by the many wool and the colour of the water reminiscent of the Baltic Sea. When the sun dipped into the sea in the evening we were totally touched. Many visitors to the island as well as locals gathered at good vantage points to see the day sunset.
Dinner is hosted by a partner restaurant in the island's bustling centre. Cosy ambience and live music embellish the good food at Bastio in addition to friendly, attentive and fast service. There's really nothing wrong here!
In the centre you will find restaurants, bars and shops, which with DJs but sometimes also invite live music to swing your hip. The hotel is about 7 minutes away. Removed from that. So the evening can end quietly on the beach while watching the stars.
The next morning we saw the great turquoise sea at breakfast (choices for an extra fee) on the beach and quickly corrected our original opinion. As soon as the sun gets out it is warm in December and the water can warm up in the shallow entrance. In the deeper water you can cool down or drift in the small waves.

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Beautiful beach, especially relaxing. Very friendly staff. Some mosquito too late in the evening (go equipped…). Place definitely advisable.

This is an excellent place to stay if you can get a good deal and not pay too much. Far enough out of town that you get a good patch of beach to yourselves but close enough that it's a 5-10 min safe walk for dinner. This is also one of the best places to catch sunset from. To be honest the beach is better on the other side of town, but you won't find beach accommodation for this cheap down there!

If you want to take the tour to Carbo Catoche anyway, you can book it well through the hotel. The tour with Moguel (Bull) was great (1000 pesos)

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. The only thing we would improve is the breakfast. It was already prepared, so that we could not choose what we wanted to eat. But all in all, we definitely recommend it and will come back.

To connect with nature… The hotel is literally on the beach, you leave your room and what you tread is the white sand of the Mexican Caribbean, the staff always friendly and the island has much to offer: paradisiacal landscapes, tours and gastronomy.

Beach access and beach club is fantastic. Room is good sized, comfortable bed, great air con and bathroom. Simple and clean amenities. Rooms at the front of the property get little air flow however towards the beach this changes dramatically. Fantastic value for money. Would stay again.

Great place, food, services and installations. The location is perfect and the beach/sea section is unique and clean. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Lili and Israel were great hosts and helped as needed. Will for sure come back.

It is great to relax and be in the sea. The pools are to splash about. And the restaurant if it is expensive.

The restaurant is very poor and expensive. There are other restaurants around the Central magnificent's much better hotel and good price.

The 2 pools are not the best, but the room is comfortable and quaint, air conditioned, and in general the facilities are comfortable and clean.
