Without a doubt, has the best location of Bacalar, economic & very clean. I am super grateful to Mr. Richard for saving my phone from the bottom of the lagoon haha & for all their courtesy and kindness. I will come back soon! ♡

The owners have excellent service, the rooms are very clean and spacious, we were fortunate to have direct dealings with the owner and his son Antonio, the reception girls are not so friendly but do not be fooled by that, if so, ask for them. We also consume local.

Clean room, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, tv, hot water, parking. At the beginning we had problems with the air conditioning.

Lousy service! Customer service horrible! My mother got locked in the bathroom for more than 15 mininos I asked for help the receptionist and put me face that exaggerated it should be mentioned that my mother suffers from claustrophobia and the girls in charge of the hotel did not help me until I got rude the case is that your help is not served we had to throw out the door, and the staff is outraged by the situation instead of asking for apology or something.

Today we had a very bad experience with the hotel, we cancelled our booking 3 days of lodging without telling us, when we explained why we'd come a little late to the hotel (because the transfers from the Airport of Cancun) and still arrived in time and they told us that they had already canceled our booking and had even paid already the room. It should be noted that the attention and the way to inform us about the situation was not optimal; I leave to your consideration the reservations to this hotel, this was my experience.

Spacious, clean room with towels, fan and AC at a reasonable price located 5 minutes walk from the main plaza, where there is a choice of places to grab food. The owner is a gent, and a longstanding resident of Bacalar. He arranged a boat trip, with an informative guide, around the spectacular lake, including taxi drop off and pick up at a fair price.

Very comfortable, with tv, internet and air conditioning. It's super close to the lagoon and were very kind. Super comfortable, super recommended.

Close to the center town, rooms comfortable with a/a nivel place to relax.

Good quality for the price paid. City-center. Furniture and rooms seem quite new. Parking is a bit small though.

Great hotel. We arrived at 2am and reception was closed, but we called the number and owner, Ricardo, came racing down to let us in. Ricardo was very accommodating and gave us everything we need. Despite a rough travel night, Ricardo's hospitality made everything better.
