Well I was there two weeks ago and if very beautiful but last night they went into our cottage and stole some belongings we are supposed to like these inside a facility you don't have to worry much we fell asleep when I realized we talked so we will be backed by the employees there if they gave us the support but the owner and the receptionist did not fix us anything just told us have for their taxi and goodbye I was the owner of refunded a part and to this day nothing the cameras were not connected I think that by a single guest that this deserves everything to work the truth very bad I came very disappointed of the place be careful.

They made Me wait over an hour to show me the camping area, because the employee said, "be very busy". In addition to that I had a very bad attitude. Better I went to the tree of life, where I was treated to luxury.

Excellent location, I liked the secrecy and the privacy of all the camping area and the cabin excellent and very comfortable, its bar area looks stunning very consistent and compatible with nature, their area of pier with its palapa on the pier, I loved it, the service staff very attentive and helpful, really enjoyed the place and the coexistence with the visitors, in the end I was pleased I highly recommend it. ☑️

The place is nice and small, but I do not recommend it because I had reservation and it turns out that there was problem with the payment and I could not fix it, had to pay again, since they did not take responsibility for booking on the Internet, they had no terminal and it was a problem go to take cash to the center which only had 2 ATMs available, when we gave us our private cabin was like a mouse house, it's not very small light the space, and it moved, it was nothing I expected, down was the shared cabin and one of the boy he told us that we had thrown something away and had wet the bed of someone downstairs, it was not true, and they wanted us to pay, which was not our responsibility; the view to the lagoon is beautiful, but at night it has nothing illuminated by the pier; The breakfasts leave a lot to be desired, the vegan is toast, a fruit cup and a little jam, the continental is a portion of Mexican egg, beans and bits of flour tortilla.

Very quiet place ideal to stay while visiting Bacalar, it has bath services, showers, kitchen, bike rental, cayacks, catamaran rides, private or shared rooms. They include breakfast when you stay which is quite delicious. The people who cater to you are very friendly and pleasant. They have internet in the reception area. A pier that connects to the lagoon which allows you to enjoy privately.

Good option to stay either in cottage or in house of campaign, has a beautiful view of the lake, the lodging includes breakfast and they have Wi-Fi, bathrooms and changers. They Also give you the option of the tour to the island of the birds, the cenote and other places.

It feels like a super environment when you do camping, it feels great to live this experience with your family.

I loved the experience, it is a clean place the atmosphere is nice, I acampé and it was very comfortable I charged 200 per person, the clean bathrooms and the staff very friendly, the place has a pier that overtakes the lagoon and around the corner there are shops to buy whatever they need, the sunsets on the pier are the best:D.

You pay for the position (they have a very nice warf on the water) and not much else. The camping itself is beautiful and well maintained, but it's quite expensive for what it offers. 150 per person per night with your own tent, showers are cold, there's very little running water so it's hard to even clean your hands, the kitchen is very old and limited, there's not enough lockers even for 1/4 of the people, and breakfast is quite a joke, so don't get yourself fooled thinking you are saving money because of the included breakfast, you'll be just hungrier than before.

Very good location, 10 blocks from the local bus terminal, near the center and with private exit to Lake Bacalar, has a nice and spacious pier for swimming and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a negative is the kitchen in common, could have better facilities as the main table and respect to the cabin a two seater mattress would be better instead of joining two singles.

Staff is friendly but not very efficiënt. Long waiting time for check in. Tents are very cramped. One mattress was actually an outdoor chair cushion (! ). The tent didn’t fit our luggage but there aren’t enough lockers, so we had to leave our bags at the reception (which is at the other side of the campside). Not very convenient. Everything in the tent was damp (it was also that way in the dorms we heard). Sanitary building is very nice. Breakfast mediocre. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are places to make your own dinner. Breakfast is as basic as it can be. The tents are way too small for you and your luggage. There are (by far) not enough lockers for all the people staying in the tent. Bring earplugs because the tents are right next to each other.

Magical place in magical Bacalar! Amazing atmosphere where everything is taken care of — so you can relax. Nice and attentive staff, they also offer boat tours and kayak rentals. Really good value for money. Enjoyed every minute of it.

I stayed here with my family in a cabin and found it reduced for the four, however the place is very nice and the atmosphere in the hostel very nice. I recommend it for couples who want to walk around and enjoy the lagoon.

It is a fantastic place, very complete with access to the lagoon, camping area, cabins, very good spaces, very good prices, the best in Bacalar. It is very very very cool, super recommended. We leave very happy to visit this place.

Very good care of Jonathan and Arely, excellent location, very nice comfortable truth, that if by being in contact with nature a thousand mosquitoes very rough, but very nice place, definitely would return.

Great place, I want to comment on several points,
1: the people who work here help that the place in the staff is fantastic thanks to their kindness and that as I noticed them they love this place
2 : the bathrooms always clean that is a. One factor
3 let you be free to do whatever you want without telling you anything obviously always respecting others that's a great point as they make you feel at home
4 your facilities are perfect to enjoy the lagoon at 100, and if you want to go out to eat they support you to order taxi to come for you, the cost usually went from 20 pesos to 50 per trip.
5 : I was able to sleep in private and shared room and both super comfortable and the price is reasonable
6: You get free breakfast if you stay here not until full but well its sauce is delicious
7 : thanks to the reception girl for her kindness at all times I do not know how to write her name but thank you, and everyone for making this view in this place has been unforgettable
I'll definitely come back here more times.

After having a nice guided sailing tour in the lagune of Bacalar with Roberto we wanted to sail by ourselves. Magic Bacalar were recommended to us and were the only ones who rent out boats for private use (they have only catamarans). Miguel is in charge and lets you do a quick test to see whether you know how to sail. The cats are all in a very good condition and the prices are reasonable. The tour through the lagune by ourselves was awesome!

The beds have mosquito covers. The hostal has several tours and lots of lounging areas. They offer complimentary breakfast and their bathrooms have hit water.

Location of this hostel is great! However our private room was in a roof, it was hot and dusty and dirty! Our bed on the floor, was covered in bugs, the mosquito net was very holey! A large water rat type animal invaded our space and I had to chase it out! Consequently I had no sleep at all! A lot of the amenities, stairs on the deck etc were tired and needed maintenance! The host was polite and friendly, breakfast was pleasant! Wi-Fi is weak and only able to be accessed at reception! Tents look like the better option if staying here!

Very expensive for what it is. The bed was dirty because the mosquito net was full of holes and dirty pieces were falling from the roof. Then they charge for everything, even if you need to leave your baggage after check out / if you want to stay a bit longer. The kitchen has no tools to cook, no forks to eat AND one guy was not kind at all. We wanted a tent and they said they had it booked but it was a LIE. Nobody slept that night. For the same concept Monkey hostel was better and breakfast is included. Even a hostel around the main square was better. never comeback again!

The sanitary facilities were during our visit just under renovation, yet it was all around a great stay. Access to the lagoon is terrific. Super Mexican Breakfast. Kitchen, Wi-Fi. Everything you need.

The location of this hostel holds the fourth star, basic hostel otherwise. Set right on the lake front with a double jetty with sunbathing area and covered hammock area. Catamaran, kayaking and sailing available from this private dock. Showers were amazing, first warm shower in 2 weeks! The negatives are: 1 day 2 guests had their wallet stolen, the kitchen is I'll equipped and not big if everyone was to cook, and Wi-Fi is only in the reception area! This made it difficult to share the lovely photos of this place :)

Really amazing, you can enjoy the lake and then relax in the hammocks or lounge chairs which are on the pier, you can also enjoy lis sunrises and lad nights with stars as it is very quiet and is resting comfortable. Would definitely return to stay there.

100% recommended, the place is beautiful, good prices in the hostel, we travel by catamaran and we love was more than 3 hours on a sailboat, the guide was very friendly, attentive and patient. We loved it so much that we stayed one night, we were staying in mahahual and only were input for output.

The site is beautiful, away from the noise and filled with plants and trees. Silvia, it charged, super attentive and very helpful. Herlin, the guy that makes them tours by the Lake, you take with your velerito to where the boats not arrive. Impossible to be missed. You can eat there. Silvia cooking very rich what they feel like.

A magical place such as he is called, this beautiful lagoon and the maracana ride is nice but they recommend the evening promenade since it works with air, we went antendidos well people there are very friendly and the Mrs kitchen very rich.
