The service is very good, all the staff super attentive, from my arrival to the end to the slope of us, what I loved is that they take great care of the environment and you take some of that! Congratulations! Especially Aide and Duck, they're typical!

This is the best hotel we've been to in Yucatan. If you're eco responsible this place is for you. They recycle and separate wastes, clear the water, the hotel rooms and nature are completly connected and you'll be too. The team is great and lovely, they have activities like kayak, paddle on the laguna and even yoga class by the pier, which is an experience not to be missed. The pier is the loveliest place to enjoy the laguna view and to jump in the clear and hot water. We've spent 3 days there without, almost, getting out of the hotel as awesome it was. Perfect place to rest a little during your.

Nice place at the foot of the lagoon. The cabañitas are beautiful and the dock very nice, although a little small. Delicious food and very friendly staff.

I highly recommend the facilities, attention and activities, as well as the restaurant's dishes, unique, delicious and healthy. Everything you need for a time of total relaxation with the lagoon. :D.

Beautiful, serene, jungle setting. Clean eco-friendly rooms, warm & helpful staff, excellent lagoon access. A bit remote & you must excercise patience for coffee & breakfast since the kitchen does not open until 8:30 am & there's nothing else nearby.

Beautiful place with a view of the lagoon. However for the price asked the breakfast is not included and the staff is not very welcoming.

The place is beautiful but ultra expensive + 80 €/night is indecent especially that nothing is included in the price: breakfast is paid and not given. Everything is extra: renting bikes, kayaks, I am amazed that we are not asked to pay to go to the toilet.
Moreover, the hotel wants to be quiet and relaxing, no luck for us: renovation works in the hotel so full of noise. And icing on the cake, we wake up at 7am by work next to the hotel!
It was too much we were reimbursed and we left the hotel after one night.

Nice place, cool hamocks but extremely noisy. There is a construction next to rooms/cabañas during all day starting at 7am until 8 pm. Reported to casa lamat reception and the workers next to the hotel and nothing changed! No noisy-friendly with the natural environment around it.

Excellent service, delicious food a little expensive but delicious and the ride in sailboat very complete.

A bit secluded, very tasteful with a lot of attention to detail. All the staff is super friendly. I can recommend with a good conscience.

The staff were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The sailboat ride is a great experience that you do not hesitate to try.

The superior rooms are great. And the way they maximize resources is very good. Although the shampoo leaves the hair very tangled.

The hotel is ecotourist, the hot water comes from a solar heater, the room soap is biodegradable, there is no air conditioning but in December in the period I went, it is not needed at all. It has a private beach, the breakfasts are good perhaps a bit expensive and I highly recommend the ride in sailboat and kayak…

The lake at the bottom of the garden is perfect. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Fruit salad in the morning. 2km from the main square. Just what we wanted.

Whether you travel alone or without a husband in this place they serve you very well, you will not lack anything. There is always an activity that will make you feel satisfied. Liberate yourself with yoga classes and sunsets. Thanks Xavier Zaldumbide, see you in Queretaro. ;)

It's muycaro par what it is, it's not worth half of what you pay. Bad location (it is far from the center), nothing comfortable, no hot water, no shampoo or soap. The doors to the rooms have no insurance. If you want something to eat, you have to tell from the morning to get ready with enough food. The room could enter any animal because it has many holes.

Very good, if you like to be without comfort.

The cabins are beautiful, amazing experience. Xavier who is in charge of the place very attentive to everything that was offered, the food very rich, there was never a moment of boredom, there was always some activity to do. The view of the unique and spectacular lake, at night a unique tranquility, you sleep very well with the breeze of the lake. What I liked most about this experience was the eco-touristic concept of the cabins and all the activities it implies.
Super recommended.
