It was wonderful rooms are large very clean staff is friendly treat you like kings and queens very large breakfast free I would stay here again.

The Hotel isnt a that large One. The Meals were fresh and verry delishes and were served by a verry friendly personal. The personal handle all worldlanguages (span/eng/ita/ger/fra) so it wasnt a problem to communicate. Moreover the Hotel was clean and well prepared for wheelchair user.

Hotel for Mexicans only. The room was clean and comfortable. Good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend not going with breakfast.

It's a hotel located like 10 minutes in car from the bus terminal, people are kind and it offers a restaurant to eat. They have a really little gym with like 2 machines and 6 dumbells. Their pool is small too. The rooms are pretty good, with AC, electronic key, complete bathroom, safe-deposit box, TV, etc.

Great service and communication via email. Able to communicate in English. Delicious buffet breakfast which included a combination of fruits, chilaquiles, eggs, Tortilla, yogurt, waffles, and meat. Not much of a view from the windows. Comfy bed and cold AC. Two restaurants right next to the hotel. About 15-20 minute walk to the ADO bus terminal.

I had an amazing time staying here! Everyone was extremely nice and kind. The breakfast was different everyday and delicious! I already miss everyone! Big thanks to José Manuel for all his help, David, Ana, and the wonderful housecleaner of room 323. I can’t wait to visit again!

The reception of the guests to the Hotel was very well organized, the event hall always remained immaculate, as did the toilets. I highly recommend hotel services for your social events. Congratulations on your excellent service and attention!

Clean and comfortable. On main street with plenty transportation and food options on the same block. ATM next door and Walmart nearby. 50 pesos taxi fare.

Horrible, we went shopping for 8 hours came back our room door was wide open. No one knew nothing said nothing. Manager never came to speak with us and we were never compensated. Someone could of went through our things, hide cameras hell who knows. The hotel wouldn’t even watch the cameras to see. For my first time out the country my stay here was the worst part.

An excellent hotel. The attention was spectacular even though we were only one night. The food is delicious and the rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel was ok. Clean room and very efficient staff: at the arrival my room was located near the ice machine — extremely noisy — so I asked to change it… in few minutes I got a new room in a different floor quite far from the ice machine — to be honest during the night the machine is switched off anyhow. Small swimming pool available on ground level and also a small gym. In terms of location the hotel is around 5 km from "zona hotelera". Bus R1 or R2 to reach this area of Cancun — 12 pesos per person per trip.

Good service by the staff of events, but if you are going to give a simple breakfast should try to be the best dish, the chilaquiles seemed chips dipped in salsa and bad for the audio they provided.

We stayed in the hotel during our family vacation in Cancun. LQ is a brand new hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with plenty space including balcony. The hotel included the breakfast buffet the food was fresh and delicious. It included lunch meals like chicken, meat, sausage, potatoes, beans, tortilla, etc, etc every morning it was a different menu. We had a very good meals before to head out for our tour. The staff in the front desk and in general all staff were very friendly, nice, and attentive. One of the guys in the front desk who is in charge with the tours plans helped us offering a various tours. We took the Chi Chen Itza. It is amazing place to go. You can not missed. In overall I really recommend this hotel. The price is reasonable. The hotel have a good location. It is few blocks waking to take the bus to the main Ave towards the beaches, resorts, stores, etc. Also there is a mall a few blocks away from the mall. In front of the hotels are diferente restaurants if you want to tried local foods. Sorry for the long comments! I definitely will back to Cancun. :)

Very good service the clean rooms and the very friendly and attentive staff, the breakfast was delicious especially the cochinita pibil, if any hotel worker sees this review, I would like to take advantage to congratulate them make very good work team apart from it stays a quiet one as the cart is left in a very spacious and covered parking so it doesn't matter if it rains, my congratulations to the cooks who good season have.

Could not have asked for a better hotel! Very clean, room as expected and cleaned daily, powerful a/c, fast Wi-Fi, no problems with shower hot water, very nice daily breakfast buffet, great and safe downtown location! The front desk staff were AWESOME — — — seriously the most helpful smiling people you could hope for. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay downtown — close to plaza of the americas and close to the buses to the hotel zone.

Were only one night here. View of a construction site, when the window was open, the building dust came in. Room otherwise clean. Own supervised underground parking. Breakfast was OK.

Clean room, good price performance. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast is not the right thing for Europeans. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

La Quinta is a decent hotel but is a little dirty and old. The furniture is okay but rooms are small and the toilet was leaking. TV has many inappropriate channels but AC works fine. Overall an okay hotel and suitable for short stays.

Customer service is without a doubt the strongest menu for every hotel regardless of whether it is small or large. That is why all staff must be trained to respond correctly, effectively and efficiently.
And what a disappointment to realize that social media people don't have such training. A Lady I reserve at the hotel asked me through a comment if she could arrange her room that I booked for her boyfriend's birthday.
That message provided him through social media to the hotel and surprised to realize that the CM not only did not know what to do, but also did not know how to respond and act.
Without a doubt, it will be the attention inside the hotel?

Cental location, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast with many standard vegetarian options (bread, fruits, danishes, juices, cereals, yogurt, etc. ). Outdoor patio. Oxxo, pharmacy and more restaurants nextdoor.

Magnificent. From my favorite hotels. The room was very clean and comfortable. From now on (after having been through others) I will always try to stay there when I travel to Cancun. Congratulations on your great work.

Good hotel, has ample parking and good security, few hotels in the city center have this type of service, its location gives you access to the nearby square and places or restaurants on Cancun's main avenue, its facilities are very comfortable and the service they offer wonderfully, very attentive and available, affordable costs, the facilities are excellent and the food of the hotel restaurant is good, I think you can recommend this place very well, plus it has spacious conference rooms or group meetings or meetings, there is no noise despite its location, I think it is of an excellent level.

The location is very good. In a few minutes you can reach the big shopping center. There are countless restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. If you stay longer, it is advisable to book a room with a balcony as they are on the last floor with a great view of the city. However, the directly adjacent construction site is not that exhilarating.

Clean and comfy rooms. But the staff are hustlers and crooks. You can have a fine stay here, just dont let the staff get you cabs… in fact walk several blocks down. Lots of good safe cab drivers in Cancun… but the ones out front of the hotel are in on the scam with the hotel employees.

The people are nice and for the price it's just fine. However one weird thing was that the rooms are fully tiled. There's no carpet or even faux wood. We put on sunscreen in our room and the floor ended up really slippery. Only problem with it really.

Small pretty hotel however it has a lot to offer. Very close from the airport and the staff were very friendly with the tour I was with. They have a small pool and jacuzzi to relax on.

The rooms are very clean and as far as it seems to me has just been renovated, the staff super-friendly. The rooms are a bit noisy, as you can probably hear the air conditioning through the room door from the aisle.

La Quinta Inn checked us in early (thank you! ) and they have nice rooms. The air conditioning works and the beds are comfortable. A bottle of water is provided in your room and there is a water cooler in the lobby area to fill water bottles. We did have a room next to the elevator and could not hear the elevator at all. Two complaints: the walls are so thin you can hear people talking in the next room. Unfortunately this makes for a poor night's sleep, which is not good when you have a long day of traveling ahead of you. The Wi-Fi connection was not consistent.

Clean rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. I've stayed here collectively for 4 days and the experience is consistently great. The breakfast buffet is above the norm with a good selection of fresh fruit, quesadillas and assorted local food as well as a waffle station. Some other meals can be made to order for an additional charge. On my most recent visit, they had an electrician sawing into the hallway ceiling to make repairs — although when we complained to the front desk, he stopped.

Big rooms, big bed (good hardness — felt excellent on the back), good bath — absolute recommendation. In contradiction to other reviews I loved the breakfast. Really: it hasn't this standard slices of cheese and sausage for bread, as in Europe. But we are in Mexico — and it has all the mexican classics at it's best! I really loved it, but I like this Mexican style with tortillas, spicy salsas etc.

I stayed because there was an event, the comfortable room, is focused primarily for business or use the hotel to rest after a day of business or walk, the rate good in relation to the comfort and service, spacious rooms, and especially in central location in Cancun, on the Av. Tulum, all the outstanding staff that point.

Room was okay, we got the desired quiet. Gym small but adequate. Old town is within walking distance. The breakfast is however moderate.

This was our 4th time to come back to Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites in Cancune location. We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. Location was perfect for us. Breakfast was good, Tere made us feel welcome every morning. Cleaning staff did a fantastic job in our room. The receptionists did there best to answer all of our questions. Only down size is the 3rd floor has an ice maker extremely noise and the walls between rooms are thin we could hear our neighbours. Over all we were satisfied We will be back next year. :) Gabriella from Canada.

Highly recommendable for business trips and short stays. Simple but well equipped rooms and excellent service.

I gave 1 star bcuz there is no option for 0. I booked this hotel bcuz we are arriving for early morning flight in Cancun and want to have some place to sleep for a few hours and freshen up. He said the room is gauranteed for late arrival but when we went there he said the hotel is fully booked and we were left without a room.

Clean, good Nescafé coffee, friendly staff, AC, good beds and linens BUT Horrible pool, no waterfall, scratchy towels, broken TV remote, crooked pictures on the walls, Room not cleaned until after 6:00 pm but nicely done. Hopefully they will immediately address these issues as the location and friendly staff almost make up for the terrible pool.

Excellent hotel to spend a good time in cancun, comfortable, clean and safe.

We had a great time in cancun and the staff at la quinta was great. The only problem I had was that I forgot my phone at the hotel and was give the push around.

Large, clean room with huge bathroom and shower. Modern furnished and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok, next to a mini market to the self catering. Ideal for individual travellers, as the bus terminal on foot is easy to reach.

Stayed there for 2 days and I would have to say that it is really looking good and us very affordable since most hotels of its quality would usually range in prices of $200 — 350$ USD. The only downside to it though in my opinion is that they have to learn to make fresh juice in the morning that is not bitter and have a restaurant for people to eat lunch and supper.
