The beach 🏖 is beautiful. But the people are so rude, be careful with your wallet. They will try to take out as much as they can. You will get charged for things you didn’t even know. If you loose a bracelet that they out on you is 100 dollars. They make you do a presentation, they call it” where they will try to sell you a presidential room, they are really pushy about it. We were not interested although, they didn’t care and continued to offer. Staff is rude, and you will be eating the same thing as long as you stay. (Nachos, burgers, hot dogs, home made pizza) cheap food. There are 3 restaurants, SAME menu. Nothing different. Although, there are some nice people. The majority were rude, and I couldn’t wait to come back to my country.
They tell you that you will get a room that is attached to another one, it’s a lie. Those are only for people that are “members” and you have to pay a certain amount in order to stay there. You will get a regular room, and that you can get it in your city town hotels. Don’t spend your money here, if you do decide to go to Cancun stay in another resort. Be careful with the prices! They will try to take it all away. 😳 This resort is expensive, and the hotel is not for that price. We all have a different experience but this was mine, and I wish I would have listened to other individuals with the same experience as I did.
