It is all perfect the hotel but the way I was treated by the person who is in charge at night makes me just not return very despot seems as if I were going to ask you to trust a very difficult and annoying person.

This place has great service and staff. The pool is fabulous as well!

Rooms and staff are great. Not close to anything so you need to order delivery for food or get a taxi. There is a great quesadilla place about a 10 minute walk away. Close to airport.

This was a great little hotel in Bonfil not far from the Cancun Airport which allows you to fly in and crash for the night before moving on to other parts of the Yucatan. It is just a little over an hour bus ride to Playa del Carmen from Cancun. Beautiful rooms and many with kitchens for extended stay. Great pool and center courtyard allows gathering of international travelers from around the world with great conversation and a great community atmosphere. Safe property with gated entry and can be buzzed in by the front desk easily.

The staff is awesome! Specially Felipe and Edwin, always willing to do whatever with a smile. The Wi-Fi works! We stood here for two weeks. If you don’t have a car rented you might have to walk to the local restaurant. There is a brand new (hole in the wall) restaurant one block north of the hotel, next to a bus parking lot. The food and service were pretty good. If you don’t want to walk and want to go downtown Bonfil, the “Moto Conches” are $10-15 pesos. That’s less than a dollar. You can also go to the main road (307) and grab a public bus towards downtown Cancún. If you want to run or jog, you’ll have to go to a spot like a park or big field. A dog nibbled my ankle when I was walking through the neighborhood. By the way, the birds will wake you at 6:30AM and you might hear a couple of roosters. I walked and jogged in the area, there are many loose dogs here, but the people are all working class and respectful human beings. I never felt unsafe walking this neighborhood.

Location is right downtown Mexico. Away from tourism. Gates always locked. U have to get buzzed in and out. Cute place but the pool was closed for maintenance. Just don't drink the water here. Bottled only which they leave 2 bottles in your bathroom to brush your teeth. Nice, if u want away from resorts.

This is a really sweet hotel with great rooms — the one we got was actually a small apartment with a full kitchen and huge bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and brought us everything we needed to cook some dinner. The only setback is that this hotel is located in a rundown part of the city's outskirts and there is no public transport to bring you here. Make sure you have a care to get to and from airport or town center.

Very good stopover place if you need to be close to the airport. More beautiful than their website and very cheap for what you get. Super service and super friendly, including the night guard!

Totally familiar Hotel, with bungalows of two and three bedrooms, comfortable; and kitchenette to prepare breakfast and snack, which can save a lot of money in food and time.
The day is best used to explore beaches and/or transfers to archaeological sites or cenotes, which abound in the peninsula.

Good location They still have a lot of work ahead of them regarding the services and the attention of the cleaning staff. Also, the area you are in is not very nice and is quite far from the center. If you don't have a car it can be a disorder to get close to the beach and the hotel zone. Even the excursions that include transportation are not looking for you in that area.

Little hard to find, but little gem with amazing pool. Wi-Fi almost non existent though.

Area was a dump outside the villa. The people who we rented our car from told us not to venture out after dark. Wanted to charge us extra for house keeping. Found a better place in the hotel zone. Walking distance to everything. Would rate it a 0 but could not post without a rating.

I recommend a very pleasant, comfortable and safe accommodation.
