Hotel

I booked a private room and when I got to my room I noticed that the room had not been cleaned or changed. It was disappointing because it was 9:00 at night and I'm tired from traveling. The owners weren't there but the volunteer was working and was very helpful. The owner and his girlfriend are easy going people. They live in the hostel and let their pets roam all over the hostel. I love animals but I don't like their hair all over my bed and belongings. The dog smelled horrible and they just let the smell soak up in the place without even bathing him. The cleaning is standard. I seen a roach in the kitchen one night as I was preparing a meal. You always smell cigarette smoke through out the house. They smoke in front of the door and on the balcony. They do not have a/c. The hot water always runs out. And there are always flying bugs around the complimentary breakfast food and ants on the counter. Poor volunteers they work them like slaves. When I was there I noticed the owners trying to single out one volunteer girl but she was great and very personable. This hostel is good for a night or two. Cancun is a tourist city, buses run 24/7 and it's close to everything.

Beautiful old building just off the main highway in Cancun. A short walk from the main square. The hosts were so helpful and assisting us in annong our bus trips and finding a local market on new year day. There was a pool and deck in the back. The place was huge!

The hostel is super cute and the staff are wonderful. About 5-10 minutes away from the bus station. There's also a really good taco place nearby.

Staff are great. Pool is pretty nice. Free breakfast is pretty basic but good. Beds are comfortable.

Hostel is located in a great area, close to the bus terminal, supermarkets, downtown Cancun, bars and restaurants. It hostel itself is very nice, I highly recommend it.
