We reserved two nights at the very last minute through Priceline and were quite impressed with the hotel. They are performing some major renovations and it is gorgeous! Our room was huge, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff friendly. The views from our room were incredible! We will be booking again and already are looking forward to our next trip.

Service was outstanding. Food was wonderful.

Lack of elevator, hot water, variety of food, more drinks, and better attention from the hotel manager.

The staff is very friendly and accessible in all aspects, Mr. Mustafa very attentive at all times, the food is repetitive I give a 3 to the menu, since it is the same every day but if it is very rich, especially the green chilaquiles of breakfast…
the view is beautiful from any point of the hotel, the beach is divine, the pool very nice, the bar service in the pool excellent, in short all very nice the truth my family and I if we will return to this hotel since it has excellent relationship in how much cost benefit… Excellent.

I don't recommend it last week that I was staying there. And very bad service. First of all. They demand tips. Greater than a hundred pesos. Every sit-in. And if you don't give them. They don't take care of you. Not bad. We were told there was buffett. And there's nothing like that. Daily repeat the same food. And if you asked for anything else. They gave us a pittance. The canteen that shares the pool. They don't have any drinks. Only if you were tipping more than a hundred pesos. Half that they took you out. A drink. And the bartender over there is very bad. Ask. Internet for television. Something I've never. They put us in. And his staff. He demanded a tax on us. 912. Pesos. That because the government demands that tax. Be careful when searching for hotels online. Because you mark and you get the pearls from the sky. What an all-inclusive. And they have a law firm. And none of that counts. Eye.

Super recommended to go in relaxed mood and with family, very good location at beach walk.

Hotel is run down. Needs a facelift and working elevator! Pool bar was shut down and hot tub broken. The staff made up for the lack of amenities by being very friendly and helpful. We booked on Travelocity and it looked great online so we were quite disappointed upon arrival. But hey, the view and beach were spectacular. Live and learn.

Horrible service. I booked it through Expedia. Expedia should not have this hotel listed on their page, much less promote it. First day we got there, there were no towels, the phone didn’t Work, wi fi didn’t work, TV didn’t work. I asked the person on the front desk to give me more towels to dry my face. This person gave me the bathroom floor mat. They never had towels, no hair dryer, no facial tissues, no coffee maker in the room. A total RiP OFF. Don’t go to this hotel. Bad experience. Totally overpriced. Also when you try to get to the lobby you have to walk on a climbing horrible road to get to the entrance. I’m not only disappointed, I will file a complain with Expedia. We only stayed there 3 days. We moved into another hotel.

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT! The only thing salvageable is the location and the view so beautiful to the sea! • Poor Service, they don't give you paper, they don't give you nothing, nothing, and don't like to spend to clean your room. • Very expensive for the quality so bad. And with the aliens leave a bad taste. • You want to take money for everything and take advantage of any opportunity to do so. They are not reliable. • Swimming pool-dirty, spaces and facilities to old or neglected. • No variety of food, the restaurant is a ghost! I don't recommend it!

DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don't want to ruin your vacation I advise you to look for another hotel.

A total scam, Horrible, unpresentable, doesn't even reach half a star,

Cheap, very outdated, food is expensive and just terrible, pluses are the location and a feel of your own villa, very private and secluded. For the price totally ok.

Uncomfortable experience just walking in. No Ac in lobby no real check in desk, beds looked super hard and the guy was trying to joke with my girlfriend & I trying to make us a couple. Absolutely un acceptable! Lets just say we got out of there as fast as we could.

Credit Card Fraud! One year after our stay, the Hotel Casa Turquesa booked 1'381 USD of my credit card without a reservation or any other contact. The responsible staff cannot be reached, the info mail address on the homepage does not work, the hotline is not responsive, and no one calls back. Stay away from this hotel as far as you can.

The only problem I had with my stay was the fact that I had to move twice because my rooms ac went out in both rooms. The hotel has such potential but you can see that the management does not put the effort to maintain the facilities. My room also had no hot water so get ready for that too. However, what was lacking in those areas was made up by the service provided by the waiting staff at the hotels dinning area. Those servers are phenomenal. Always smiling and took care of not only my wife and I, but my two kids as well. Mixed review but hope this helps.

Although the pictures are way off reality. The rooms are spacious and I’m pretty sure on a sunny day the view from the rooms and the pool are amazing! I just had a bad experience and I will no consider stay here again! I checked in around 5pm, I was charged $75 extra and find our breakfast was not including (apparently my reservation didnt match with theirs). It was my last day of a wonderful 10 days family vacation in Riviera Maya so I didn’t want to ruin it! My 5 year old daughter woke up at 4 am to a flooding floor, our luggage got wet, after they finally gave us another room My husband and I had to move our luggage and our kids (2 and 5 years old) ourselves to the another room. We didn’t hear a “I am sorry for the inconvenience” during the incident neither when we checked out at 9am.

The attention was good on the part of the employees and the room is OK to get to sleep after a long day of going to meet several places.

Must have been a good hotel 20 years ago. The phones don't work. No hand towels. There's no dryer. There's no iron. No blackout curtains. They charged Me 250.00 USD a night. Lousy.

Zero% recommended. To start the manager is a very nefarious, rude person, despot. The service of ' bar free ' lousy drinks poorly prepared no one caters and you have to look for the staff. Lack of lousy maintenance in GENERAL, to never come back! Your timeshare is a scam don't buy it.

Not a big chain hotel, but that's one of the many things that makes it so nice… The staff here are so accommodating and friendly… I will definitely be booking with them again next time I go to Cancun.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms but it is the only positive the nefarious Algerian director and the most unpleasant service to not go back ‼ ️ by the way up hypocrites as long as you win the tip in life I would recommend.

For nothing I recommend it, there is no amenities, the hotel is very old and the worst the staff, no good service (except a couple of waiters). If you want something to rest there are more beautiful hotels. Avoid the penalty of being wanted to sell your weeks or timeshare at that hotel. Aburridisimo.

Scam! If you sell the package all inclusive… Know they're going to rip you off. The hotel is beautiful. Too bad they you send all they can.

I made a reservation through an agency, (more hotels) I tried to sell a timeshare almost by force, I had booked 4 days and by not buying the timeshare, we cancelled the stay, we had to leave in the morning of the second day. Sooo atmosphere quiet, falling into the boring, good food but scarce dishes, the truth would not recommend the stay. Beware of Mr. Mustafa will want to sell as much as he can. Learn to Say NO! With a decision. I hope you won't be angry.

Good day, really a lousy experience at this hotel, I spent 5 days with my family in all inclusive plan where not everything is included, lousy attention, just a couple of very attentive waiters, hence all bad, bad drinks, good taste food, but the same every day… and N Life would recommend.

Old, outdated, NOT recommended, RCI shouldn't have in listing for exchange as pictures are dated, and are not as is. Major investment is needed to keep up with modern resorts in Cancun.

The hotel is literally falling apart. The beach is not nice, the pool doesn't clean it ever, the towels you get for the pool are old and broken. And don't go buy the timeshare that the hotel offers because you get ripped off! They offer you things they never give you, they're not trustworthy people. I say it from my own experience! I got ripped off!

Beautiful location — HORRIBLE MAFIA STAFF: A girl we met came over to chill with me and my friend… guess what happened? We got charged for an extra person upon checkout "bringing a hooker to the hotel. " The manager and his buddies then ganged up on us and almost mafia-style tried to extort us for money to the point where we wanted to call the cops … but having little faith in the policia tourista's ability or enforcement powers, we simply fought back the insult, the aggression and the accusations and promised to never stay at this mafia-run hotel. Don't get me wrong the place is nice and some nice families were staying here too but God forbid you don't pay up some made-up charge upon checkout and all hell brakes lose with you having little to not power or proof to vindicate yourself. The manager threatened our lives, mocked my disabled friend and had his fists up close to our faces during the whole checkout process. This is nothing but the truth, please stay at any other big reputable chain that are aplenty in cancun if you care to have a peaceful, relaxing and otherwise fulfilling vacation. Safe travels!

Worst HOTEL in my life!
I don't recommend it at all… This dirty, uncomfortable, ugly, food stinks literally smells bad, the firm super stunted… We arrived and despite having the all inclusive package we had to go out and have dinner… We slept one night… And we noticed the dirty it was, besides it smells ugly!. As if they never washed the sheets, the walls splashed… The dirty furniture of months. Lots of dust everywhere… The curtains were not closed well… If you feel like you come to an abandoned house… We opted to change from hotel… we prefer to do another expense to stay in that scary hotel.
I don't usually do these publications but I think this is a robbery for those of us who go from afar and end up suffering on our precious holidays! Please if you are reading this… Don't book this hotel! You'll be sorry for the rest of your life!

Excellent good Hubicacio, first service, food with very good exit and very good attention. Q Only the Q talk you give in order to buy is tedious and takes time to have fun, very good place for holidays with children.

It is located in the hotel zone of Cancun next to the Plaza Kukulkan shopping Center! A small hotel but with a wonderfully beautiful view to the Caribbean Sea.

Worst customer experience I had in the past years. I left a very important item (identification card) at the Hotel and I had to call 10 times (no exaggeration) over a period of 3 weeks in order to try to get it back. They always gave me different information and even lied to me and told me it was sent. I was waiting and waiting and nothing happened. In the end I found out, they never posted it. I would never go there again. It's the small things which matter.

Fantastic experience every time! Its my home away from home! Very intimate home like feel! The staff treat you like royalty! The only problem is once you stay here, no other place will be good enough! Moose and his staff take it to the next level! So skip the tourist traps and experience a slice of heaven in paradise!

Nice boutique hotel, very comfortable and quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Large room with excellent balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean with a hot tub. Cool artwork all around. Very secure, I was always asked my room number and name anytime I entered the property.

I keep seeing reviews about Casa Turquesa and I just want to say though it is an older hotel the fabulous service friendly personal far out weigh the aged rooms. We have been to many up scale hotels and resorts that looked better but did not meet the service and friendliness of Casa Turquesa. You can only put so much stock in looks. The feeling they give you of being cared about and important far outweighs any chip in the marble or broken stool. People put so much stalk in elegance and miss the simple things that make a vacation so memorable. Beach FRONT settng. Spectacular view and sunrise. Absolutely the best welcome and service. Cleanliness, willingness to be at YOUR beck and call are priceless. Shame on anyone that downgrades this hotel because of its being aged and not perfect.

I actually didn't stay here but I was staying at Grand Oasis hotel and was very disappointed on my hotels service and the food quality was terrible but luckily my mom was staying at Casa Turquesa and she had invited us over for the day and they actually let us come into their hotel at no charge. This was surprising to me since our hotel didn't allow that. Let me just tell you that this hotel definitely treated us like royalty. They don't care much about your money they just want you to be happy. They let us get unlimited drinks, and food at no cost what so ever. They even told my mother that we can stay the night if we wanted to. Even when we got kicked out of our own hotel they invited us to stay their meanwhile we waited to go to the airport. They management is phenomenal and the service is fantastic, anything you need they have it at your feet. Will be definitely be staying here with them.

The place is beautiful, fantastic ocean view. Great location! Very close to shopping malls, Supermarkets, etc.
And the beach is right there!
Really well kept, nice art collection. The service is excellent, very friendly and polite. The staff makes you feel at home. The food is delicious. I will be back for sure. I would highly recommend this place.

It's a nice little boutique hotel with great views on the ocean. I upgraded to a suite to have a view and a jacuzzi on the terrace but the jacuzzi wasn't working and wasn't exactly clean either. Some furniture needs to be changed or refurbished as it's quite old. No free Wi-Fi for guests. Overall good because I booked it cheap with Hotel Tonight app otherwise it wouldn't be worth the 500$ per night they claim for the suite.

We did not stay in this hotel, which sits back from the main street. But we went there for the "PRC (Private Residence Club" presentation. What a nightmare experience! We were told that we can get tour tickets for a discounted price if we sit through the presentation, and we did. We decided not to join PRC after since it is not a good fit for us. They told us that it is fine and we just need to wait in our hotel 7AM in the morning the next day for the tour tickets and bus. To our dismay, we got a call next day morning saying that we have to pay 2 times more, otherwise we can not get the tickets. Of course, we refused. We went there to have a talk with them, the manager of the sales/market (Alex) threatened a few times to have us escort out by hotel security which is quite shocking. Later, I found out that they are not really part of the hotel but some marketing company that rent the place to sell the membership. This, however, inevitably ruined hotel reputation. For us, we will never step in this hotel ever again and will spread the words to all our friends to stay away from this hotel.

A place very nice to rest… Adorned with beautiful paintings and beautiful sunsets on the beach… Very comfortable rooms and spacious… Recommended 100%
