I would not recommend at all. Have stayed in better and cheaper places in Cancun. If you don't want to read all my misfortunes about the hotel, I'll cut it short first. Front Desk staff is as rude as can be, the hotel looks nothing like it does in its pictures, very disorganized, no communication. The bartenders were the only ones who were friendly and energetic that made this hotel have the two stars I gave it. Our family stayed July 13 — July 19 2015. Our flight on our way to Cancun our flight got cancelled due to maintenance, we called the hotel to let them know we wouldn't make it there until a day late, because we didnt there to be any cancellations to the rooms we already booked and we had a cab directly from the hotel picking us up (included in what we booked). July 13 after delayed flights we arrived to the airport and headed to the hotel pick ups, the hotel hadn't sent anyone out to pick us up. We take another cab to the hotel. We arrive to the hotel to check in, our room reservations had been cancelled, when the night before they confirmed nothing would be cancelled due to our flights cancellations and delays. After the rude staff at front desk was able to figure out what went wrong, they gave us two keys for our rooms. We get to our rooms, the keys wouldn't open our room doors, after 30 minutes of getting the fronts staffs attention and trying with multiple keys, they gave us another room. The room we booked said it would be two queen size beds, instead we get two full size beds. We werent allowed to use any of the coupons given to us as a "curtosy" for some odd reason, after they handed it to us. (coupons were for the hotel). The cleaning service was terrible. Went a whole day without even putting some towels in our room, when we were gone the whole day. The hotel looked nothing like it did in the pictures. Our last day there as we were checking out, we tried to tell them again (we told them multiple times, nothing was done ever), on what went wrong on our stay in the hotel. The manager at front desk said "you just dont understand our culture". FYI we are mexican, my family is mexican, my parents were born and raised in Mexico. I will say, there food was great and they have about three restaurants on the hotel you can choose from, as well as a 24 hour snack bar with good food as well. They put on decent shows every night at 9pm that are family friendly. They have a singer come in almost every other night around 10-11 to put on a little show and music. The bartenders were all awesome and well mannered, they asked your name and always remember and made you feel at home. Only reason I'm giving this place two stars. Would have been at least three, but the front desk RUDE staff ruined it for me so much.
