Heven B&B Hotel

Mass tourism hasn’t reached this place. Stunning views accompanied by the sound of the ocean. It’s an angle of paradise. Victor is a great host and a wonderful person. The place is clothing optional so if you are uncomfortable with it, this isn’t your spot.
The staff is local and very helpful.
Three dogs and three cats live on the property, friendly and well taken care off.
Zipolite beach is a short 10 min safe walk through a tropical forest. That walk connects other properties who use the same walk, so no worries. If you don’t want to walk, taxis can be called and cost around $5 US. Late night they might not work or they charge more, but you can walk back safely.
Zipolite is a surfer paradise and clothing optional as well and no one is bothered by it. If you want less ruff water go to Puerto Angel or other nearby beaches.
We have found that the best spot to eat on the beach in zipolite is called “sal y pimienta”. Fresh sea food and good tacos.

It is an expectacular place that I fell in love with, they are very attentive and take care of every detail and things you need, it has a very good tranquility and harmony, as well as a spectacular view of the beach and the sea.

This is the most beautiful place I've ever been to in any coast in the north American continent. The view is incredible, and from the main building, it looks like a live canvas. Truly a unique experience. Thank you, Victor!

Victor and all of the staff at Heven truly make it a piece of Heaven in Zipolite. The rooms are great without a bad view in the house. Also a bonus is that it's off the main beach and only a short (10min) walk from the beach. If that's too far, it's a short ride to the main strip of Zipo. Would highly recommend.

The name says it all. It is truly a piece of Heaven and Victor is the entire reason it is so special. Love this place.

Beautiful house. Nice and comfortable rooms, an unbeatable view of Zipolite, and the attention is great. The breakfast was very good. The only difficult thing is the way back, when you go from the beach to the Heven at night, it is a scary adventure haha but well worth it.

It is a very quiet cozy place with great ocean view, the hills and you can see a beautiful starry sky all the time. In the Heven there is a lot of respect for nature, clean and great attention.

Victor and his house are the best experience you could ever get in Zipolite. His attention to detail and easiness will bring all your stress levels down and the view that you will get from any place of property is UNBEATABLE! You won't find a better place to stay. We left completely relaxed and recharged after the end of our stay and we have found a new friend in Victor and a home away from home!

Really nice place to stay!

We had the smallest suite and it was a very good size. The bed was comfortable and a good size shower. We spent about 2 hrs a day in the pool. It was great.

This place is magical. The host, Victor, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and speaks perfect English. You get stunning views, a refreshing pool, amazing breakfast, and the entire Zipolite beach extremely accessible. If you have the chance (and aren't skittish about clothing optional), I can't imagine a better place to stay in the entirety of Zipolite.

The architecture and the view is a paradisiacal experience, the facilities and the attention is of the best, it is a place to really forget the everyday life of the city.

A wonderful place to stay in Zipolite! Great atmosphere and on the "quiet" side of town. Just eight rooms. You meet so many people and enjoy the fabulous view! Your host, Victor, and his staff are very attentive and helpful. The included breakfast is a delicious bonus and a great way to start every day! It is just a few minutes walk to "downtown" Zipolite, along the Shambala pathway. So many amazing restaurants are nearby.

HEVEN is the most beautifull b&b/hotel in all of Zipolite. The rooms are extremely coozy and clean. The host is welcoming and friendly. And the breakfast are very good and home made.

It is a place to retire from the everyday world and rediscover oneself. The attention always personalized with the attentive treatment of victor, makes it a place where you feel at home.

Our little piece of Heven for 6 nights! Couldn't fault it. Beautiful views. Beautiful room. Amazing breakfast. Fabulous staff and incredibly kind and accommodating Victor! Better than any 5* hotel I've ever stayed in! So sad to leave… what great value too!
