HEVEN Residence

This place does not feel like real life. It honestly feels like heaven. The view is absolutely incredible, I can’t think of anywhere else in the world where you’d get views like that. We had the whole place to ourselves, but even with other guests I don’t think you’d notice because there are so many different spaces to relax.
The pool is perfection. The big comfy beds were great, and even though I normally can’t live without AC, it was totally fine with all the fans provided. Breakfast was delicious and changed every morning, and the cookies they served were so good I had to ask for the recipe.
Victor, the owner, was just so lovely. He was there every morning serving coffee and breakfast, nothing was ever a problem, and you can really see the love he has for the place and the staff. He made us feel so comfortable.
We can’t wait to come back. If this place is available, definitely book it, the reviews are spot on.

Heven Guesthouse is absolutely beautiful, the design is stunning, the views are incredible, and the garden is a lush, peaceful retreat. The host was welcoming and kind, and the overall vibe is serene and relaxing. It’s a naturist environment, which adds to the sense of freedom and openness for those comfortable with that.

This is the perfect stay. The architecture, the large apartments, the sky view, the terrace, the golden Zipolite beach, the three-course breakfasts with a world-class view, the efforts of the cook and the staff, very kind people. It was a very interesting building to explore from inside. Many good vibes and blessings will always find you here. Also a lot of their guests are working remotely. Needs 3 nights minimum stay.
Warning: it’s a lot of steps up and down to this place. There are ATMs in the area but have high exchange rates so it may even be better to get cash at the airport. I’ll come next time with a car and a longer stay :).

We had such a great time at Heven. The place is absolutely beautiful — from the design to the view overlooking the ocean. We loved the location, it’s not right on the beach where all the crowds are, but just a short walk away, so you get the peace and quiet, with quick access to the beach and restaurants when you want it. The perfect spot to relax and meet great people. Big thanks to Victor for being so warm and welcoming, we really felt at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous location and gardens overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A short 10-15 min walk into Zipolite. Beautiful breakfasts to start your day with amazing hospitality from Victor and his staff. This is a small, clothing-optional, very gay-friendly (perhaps 8 suites) guesthouse with a lovely pool. No AC, but good fans, although the smallest room was a little hot without a cross-breeze.

Heven is a guest house like no other. Perfectly perched on a hilltop overlooking the town of Zipolite, it offers spectacular ocean views in a lush, natural setting. The residence is uniquely designed to blend into the landscape, giving each apartment privacy and seclusion. The heart of Heven is its circular infinity pool boasting a stunning unobstructed vista. The soothing pool is ideal for cooling off during a hot afternoon or relaxing in the comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfasts are generous and delicious, with artistically arranged fruit salad and fresh-squeezed juice followed by coffee and cooked entrées. The town of Zipolite is about a ten-minute walk down the hill, with plenty of restaurants, market stalls, and small shops. Service at Heven is first-rate. Staff provide friendly, personal help with any request. Heven was once a yoga retreat. There’s still an open-air studio with captivating views that’s used for exercise or mediation. Indeed, the entire resort resonates with a spirit of escape. Although it’s clothing-optional, guests come from all backgrounds and everyone feels welcome. There are certainly more luxurious and expensive resorts in Zipolite but I doubt anywhere else offers Heven’s character and value.

We never wanted to leave! The place was very peaceful — the sounds of the ocean and wind lulling you. It's paradise! It was great not to hear the stupid party music on the beach — here you can truly relax and disconnect. Breakfast was exceptional — Victor and his team are very attentive. Thank you for hosting us!

Where to start?! We had the most incredible time at Heven! Victor was so welcoming and helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations. The room was beautiful and had the most amazing sea view, especially from the shower! — what a dream! The communal area, pool and garden were beautiful and very well kept. We will never forget the view!

We spent a delightful 4 days at Heven. Gorgeous pool and flowering gardens with a spectacular sea view… Rooms are eclectic and full of character, with fans and insect screens. Victor is a helpful and engaging host and his team are great and provide a delicious breakfast. Located on the hill overlooking the ocean, walk down to Zipolite and get some exercise coming back up. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

A unique relaxed and charming place to stay. Perfect for your Zipolite experience. Victor and his team are incredibly helpful and kind. The pool and gardens are sublime. Friendly and convivial atmosphere, with views to die for! Hope to return!

Ok it is a little bit of a hike from the beach but totally worth it for the views and the pool. The bed was comfortable and even though there is no A/C the Villa sits high enough on the hill that the sea breeze cools you off enough for comfortable sleeping. The gardens are beautifully well kept. Me and my friend spent an entire afternoon into sunset laying out on the lawn. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is wonderful. If you are a coffee snob like me, the coffee is not quite up to standard you may be used to by that is my only complaint. Everything else was superb and I will 100% be staying there again.

We had an amazing time at the residence! The location, the view, the comfort and the hospitality, all of them 10/10. Victor, Zaín and Cristal treated us like kings. Everything was perfect! I already miss this place and wanna go back asap! I definitely recommend it!

An amazing and special place, truly heaven! The staff are so meticulous and kind, the rooms and architecture of the whole place are so beautiful and I could have stayed in the pool looking at out at the view and spotting whales all day. Love this place.

Loved staying at Heven during our visit to Zipolite. The bed and breakfast is on top of a hill with an amazing view. It’s a quick 10 minute walk down to the beach on a path so it’s easy to get around. The staff were phenomenal and the breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to return!

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been, unbeatable sea view and calming and peaceful surroundings, with a short walk from the excitement of Zipolite. We arrived and Victor upgraded us to a bigger apartment which was free, it was honestly so dreamy. Victor is a really interesting and sweet and accommodating host, and the team are lovely. We had an incredible honeymoon trip and will return one day!
