Terrible service, there are no staff to help with parking, or to help with suitcases, the room we rented was closed at midnight because the electronic key was disabled and we spent half an hour outside to open, a disgust.
I don't recommend it.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel for one night last Saturday, May 28, its facilities and services meet my expectations, however, I consider that your restaurant should improve in a lot, the buffet they offer is not enough for 3 tables in service, and for my bad luck on Sunday morning we were 5 tables trying to get lucky to refill the inserts with the minimum variety of foods they offer, so the price-ass-variety ratio of their buffet does not correspond.

The food has improved a lot, the attention on the part of the staff is very friendly, they bill instantly.
The room is spacious but the bed could improve, during my stay it went for a few minutes the light but the reestablished rapidatmente. The big drawback was in the bathtub, the shower was left for a largoooo period without water; And by the height I stayed in the middle of a shower. I would appreciate that great inconvenience fix, it would be worthwhile to remodel or paint their facilities for example in the garden.

The service is lousy seems that you are asking for a favor, I found a cockroach in my room and they tend to not answer the phone when you call so I had to get off several times to report things to the reception, do not have neither the basics in the quarterfinals as hand SOAP and towels are also very old, stained and dirty look.
