El hotel puede mejorar teniendo Personal mas amable, educado y flexible. Tuve una experiencia desagradable y NO recomiendo el lugar. The hotel needs to hire well educated and respectful personal who is willing to help you out, being more flexible. I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend this place at all.

Previously the food was very rich and very friendly everyone in their facilities, this weekend an adult gentleman behaved. Very rude.

They accept dogs with extra cost but put many restrictions.

Typical Oaxaqueños dishes, the seasoning is good. Desserts are not varied. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It'S a very nice place. The rooms are spacious and rustic, with pool. The Restaurant is kind and rich.

It Is a house adapted for lodging, is located in a town close to Oaxaca, is picturesque but very obscure, the House lacks personnel for permanent attention, the whites are of poor quality.

As always, the best place to feel like home. Thank you for such a warm attention.

It has everything, rest and traditional Oaxacan food delicious in its restaurant the Tianguis.

Tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un evento social, el lugar esta muy bonito pero muy poco funcional, los baños de hombres estan muy retirados, no hay espacios para gente con discapacidad, niños etc, durante el evento no hubo personal del hotel para asitirnos. Sin embargo la tematica del hotel es muy bonita, el lugar a pesar de estar algo retirado es muy agradable.

The place is pretty good for those who opt for a peaceful hotel on the periphery of the city of Oaxaca. The food well, the attitude of the perfect staff. Very rudimentary access streets.

The service fascinated me as well as the food and I feel it is a very quiet and relaxed place to have a good time.

It's a very nice place, quiet and relaxed. I didn't tried the spa services so I can't talk about them. It's kind of far from the city, but huayapam town is a must visit place in Oaxaca too. The food in the hotel it's cheap but delicious, but you have to wait a long long time since service it's not that good. It serves Oaxacan food.

The place is very beautiful, its access is a bit complicated but worth it, the service of excellence. Very recommended place.

The food in the hotel is very good although this something removed which is good and bad at the same time.

Excellent, the place is very nice and quiet, there is good food and the concept is very interesting. It is definitely a highly recommended place.

We stopped in for a quick lunch, and had the sopa azteca/de tortilla. They have one of the best in Oaxaca. It's always a pleasure to eat here in their dining room nestled in the garden with windows all around and views of the surrounding mountains.
