The staff were very accommodating throughout our entire stay. First instance: We had originally planned to visit another town then stay here only for the last 2 days of our trip, but upon arrival to OAX found that we needed to stay in Oaxaca de Juarez the whole time. The person working at the little front desk helped us extend our reservation (made online ahead of time) to include all 7 days of our trip. We had to wait an hour for them to quickly clean the room, but we went t…o get dinner and it worked out swimmingly.
The staff also were amazing with:
1) Helping us unlock the door to our room that we thought was stuck (Just needed to pull harder).
2) Graciously unclogging our toilet in a timely manner after my brother messed it up
3) When, on Day 3, we left our key on a couch in the outdoor patio area, the one guy came rushing to meet us as he saw us approaching to return the key to us.
4) Lending us a bottle opener for the beers we bought
Also, Wi-fi and breakfast are included, as well as a few water bottles in the room. Did I mention that this place is amazing?

I do not recommend this expensive hotel and its rooms are not worth much noise do not sleep you can hear the water pump that is operated every time pay two nights and I preferred to look for another Lodging.
