Location is good, but extremely slow Wi-Fi, be sure to sleep with bug lotion due to lots of insects in the hotel needs major renovations, but service is good. Do not sleep with outside lights on, otherwise you'll end up with lots of bugs in the morning.

As and pleasant place to rest on your next vacation to Huatulco, the receptionist is very attentive just like the manager. The food in the restaurant is delicious!

This hotel has it all, view to the sea, the attention of the staff, the pool highly recommend it, rooms clean… The pool sometimes is as hot water as the heat should regulate the temperature in there … Would go back to that same hotel.

Very good hotel. Only the staff lacks training. Especially the night shift the reception who did not want to give his name on Day 8 stayed the room without power and asking for the time to answer the only thing that reported in a moment and hit the phone. A compliment to the very attentive surveillance staff at all times was on the lookout.

The Mayev Suite is most comfortable and has a lovely view, the service is very good and the people who work there are very friendly, the restaurant is delicious and its prices affordable. Highly recommended.

The facilities are good, the reception staff check in friendly treatment, the restaurant food terrible the worst treatment, insufficient parking, rooms with indoor view with smoke from the terrace, cleanliness in the Deficient rooms in fact they only laid out the beds and it was all!. Disappointing completely. I don't come back and I don't recommend it!

Excellent hotel only in the restaurant they need to organize in the commandos to get the food out on time! One of the rooms was overrun with cockroaches, we were moved from room apologized and got discount on breakfast!

Excellent. Employees do up to the impossible so you're okay. They got Me a massage off the schedules. Aidee at reception deserves a raise.

The views from our room are beautiful. The staff is friendly although some speak little English. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and very well priced. The owner is often found at the front desk and is extremely nice and speaks very good English. If you want to get away from the main pool because others are using it (it is never overly busy) you can choose one of the other pools because there are 3 of them.

A very quiet and very modern place, has two pools, restaurant, spa and laundry, honestly it is quite economical as it is a very spacious, nice and clean place Besides, the attention is very good, the miss of reception is very friendly and nice, in general It is a good place to stay when you visit Huatulco.

I stayed at the Princess Mayev with my family in a sea view room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is pretty good. I recommend this hotel for family stays.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Aidée. The rooms are spacious, have air conditioning and fan, good location (near the viewpoint), wonderful views; Their pools are kept clean. Excellent option to relax.

It is a nice place, clean, great pool, friendly staff, quiet. The only drawback is the food, I didn't find it particularly good.

Excellent hotel — amazing staff who go out of their way to help you in anything you may need. The owner is very hard on them however, and it seems they are overworked — they work from 6 a. M to 11 p. M not counting clean up and set up. I overheard him scolding one of the workers and he made me very uncomfortable with how he treated the worker. Nonetheless the staff will always greet you with a smile and will go to the world's ends to make you very satisfied. The pool can become a bit crowded, but they have more than one. The restaurant service is incredible. I cannot stress how great the staff in this hotel are. They make you feel like a king or like the only person in the world. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I've eaten here before and the food was great, but I started vomiting earlier today from the food I ate there. Not sure if I'll go back.

Great place to stay with views of the mountains and town on one side and playa Chahue on the pool side. Up on a hill. It you have trouble walking or not fit or cant do a lot of stairs, this might be a problem. However we saw older lady with a knee brace on and other elderly people here.

Came with my family, we are 5, and we gave a room of very good state, size, comfort, etc… The staff was good as we need it, we eat here, not since we left 5 days to all the bays. It would be 5 stars if they had "all inclusive".

They gave me a suite well dark and ugly. Only I liked the restaurant.

The hotel has the most beautiful views, clean rooms and a very nice pool. It is 12 minutes walk from the Santa Cruz beach and 5 from the super. There is a good restaurant and not too pricey in the hotel. We had the pleasure of meeting the super nice manager of the hotel, that treated us with extra care as honeymooners. We stayed there for 6 days.
