Dirty, unhelpful, bugs, no hot water — couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
Arrived to find they had no record of our booking despite us having a confirmation email with all the details. Took 20 minutes of no communication whilst we anxiously waited for them to finally find us a room. Disgusting is an understatement. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets, windows that did not shut properly (really awful security), one of the sink taps did not work at all. Tried to shower to find a dribble of water and only cold water at that, Very loud — both from other guests and their staff on the phone right outside our window near enough shouting. Found an oversized cockroach on the first night, generally the room was filthy and the towels well eurgh — they could pretty much stand on their own and they were stiff and old.
For anyone considering here just don’t, truly awful.
