This is a really old hotel. It seems as if it has not been updated in years! The shower and sink fill up with water with just a short time of use. The shower had hairs from prior use. The air conditioner did not cool well and the room smelled like humidity. The pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious, but these rooms need a serious renovation.

The hotel is nice spacious room and has pool and gym. The only bad thing is that sometimes they don't leave you enough facial towels is and the breakfast is not so good. It is located in a good area of Monterrey with access to fast roads and even close to the center.

A very good value. The breakfast is superb (and included), room service is regular, the pool is great, the rooms are clean & adequate. Trying to communicate in English with anyone is a bit sketchy, though.

The indoor pool was a huge hit with my kids. My beef is with reserving a crib for my youngest, and then it magically not be available. Also, while we appreciated the breakfast, we stayed there a week, and the same breakfast was served every single day.

The breakfast it's pretty simple, I don't liked it. The rooms don't have refrigerator too. The exhausting system come from bathroom directly to the main corridor, so it's mean that have smell of poop from all corridor. = (

Nice and regular hotel to stay in. You might find what you're looking for. Is neat to restaurants, malls, gambling etc… just walking that's okay. Or if you prefer take an uber and just ten minutes away you will be at nuevo sur place¡¡… I recomend you this hotel is not too expensive at all¡¡¡…

Perfect very father! To organize birthday parties at the pool very rich the food and very good service 100% recommended maybe to stay not much but for your awesome meetings!

Excellent! Very nice hotel, com spacious and clean rooms. It has an indoor pool, with a large garden and trees under a glass roof. The lobby and the dining room are very comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The buffet of courtesy is very good, with fruits, egg, bread, juices. It has ample parking. The staff is friendly and attended some extra requests that we did. The Wi-Fi signal is acceptable. Very good location near the Tec de Mty. The rate I paid for the room was very convenient.

Even though he's already 30 years in operation. Its service is excellent and updated its facilities. Very good menu of American breakfast, based and delicious. Its spacious, very clean bedrooms and everything you need to rest.

Good place to rest, good location and comfortable facilities, very friendly staff. It has a swimming pool, gym and restaurant.
The rate of lodging is not so expensive and includes breakfast buffet which despite not being very varied is rich and gives a plus to the hotel.
It is surrounded by several restaurants and shops.

From the moment you arrive and you have to make some very minimal exit in or out of your room and/or room, the attention and care you get as a guest is very large; The quality and comfort was excellent and the service was at the moment.

It can improve the cleanliness as the baths make them above only and there are parts that are with tartare. The reception is friendly but when we arrived we were literal 10 minutes in front of the attendant (a güero) and we were not attended until we asked if I would or not. The rooms have too thin walls, since on multiple occasions I listened to the conversation of my continuous room.
The breakfasts are good and the waiters are very friendly.

Excellent place to stay calm, without any haste or worries, the patio and indoor pool make it an ideal place to spend the afternoon, in a quiet way with the children.

All very well. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. The only thing is that the pool had super cold water and that was not nice, although the water in it was very clean.

The pool area is beautiful and comfortable, also the gym view it's unique.

Not very good menu for room service. But it is not necessary because of the amount of establishments that are nearby. Very nice view of the hill of the Chair.

The Hall of the event was dusty. Me and five other people started coughing without stopping. It was noticeable or q the carpet was not aspirated, or q is lacking maintenance to the weather.

We had an emergency and got a quick and wise response from a hotel person (I remember his name is Hugo), which is among things for this, thanks to him we had a happy ending with the emergency.

The service is quite good, all the stuff is very friendly and profesional.

Excellent service, comfortable, clean and very rich breakfast! The only thing that would have been better. Heat the pool water, it was freezing! And so you can't get one in.

Good location, clean, breakfast not very good but help in case you have little time, the mattresses are somewhat hard, uncomfortable pillows but clean sheets, have sofa bed, have few towels.

, it's nice and all of that but there's one thing I didn't like, and it's that they won't let you smoke in your room, even ymif you have a balcony.

The food is very good, the rooms comfortable and quite nice. Unfortunately the cleaning service is not very efficient, it takes a long time to do it. The prices are regular. You can't smoke. There are many commercial sites around. Overall very good experience.

Summary: Old Hotel and very expensive for what it offers. The only good thing is the location. Try first at the Fiesta Inn Tec Promenade, although it is always full.
Very old Hotel. Painted facade with visible mildew, very slow elevators, carpet from the dirty hallways, the emergency door to the back does not work, the laundry area neglected, the washing machine does not spin how old it is and to dry you need 2 hours of Cycle. The gym area does not have weights, only 4 cardio devices and some benches that are useless if you have no weights available. Regarding the room, suffice to say that the taps of the sink and the shower did not go well the water of the old that the hotel is and the little maintenance they give to remove the scale.

It's nice, since they stay for events at the TEC, sometimes it gets crowded and the guys are outrageous. The cleanliness of the rooms are very late, the buffet is regular, the Internet is good, it is far from the center, the rooms are comfortable.

The rooms are very comfortable as well as for work and to rest, the breakfast menu is acceptable, the position of the hotel is very good so finding various services is not difficult even if you do not know the city.

I attended a conference in one of the ground floor halls and my experience was: staff attending selflessly and medium-good food (very greasy).

The staff in general are friendly but they are not very organized. I think there's no communication between the shifts. If you make an agreement, such as a transport arrangement, with the receptionist in the morning, this is not communicated to the evening shift. The only answer you get is a: "I don't know, I'm going to check it" but that doesn't solve anything.
I wish they could improve that because it can generate problems for the guests who are going to the airport.
Furthermore the hotel is not well maintained. The carpet in the hallways as well as the armchair from which my room was, had stains, the door could not be closed with insurance because they installed it badly and it was impossible to close it, the tank of the toilet bowl was crashed and repaired with glue.
All these are situations that can be fixed. I hope you'll consider my comment.

An average service place. Excellent for short business stays for someone with few demands.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good… maybe extend the hours of the pool for those who come to work in the city and arrived at the hotel past 20:00

The rooms are big for a hotel and a nice balconie, clean as expected the pool looked good, the location is very good you got a lot of restaurants near of every kind and the dame goes for night clubs.

The rooms are great and clean, also de bathroom. The breakfast bar can be improved.

It's super dirty. I found a moth in the bathroom. The AC is old and definitely not powerful enough for Monterrey's heat. Definitely the worst place I have stayed at.

Great ambience. The central patio is very nice. Could use a remodeling.

Great location but the rooms can be upgraded to modern shower is bad can be more nice the furniture old school and the BEDS come on! I feel like I'm sleeping in a table they are so hard! If you feel like sleeping in comfy go to a better hotel with better beds!

The service is good as well as the location (several restaurants around). Just perfect to spend one night or two if traveling for work. Fast internet and easy access. However, everything looks a little bit old, like some maintenance is required. There are lots of rooms arranged though very long halls. Kind of not suited for family vacation-like requirements.

Apparently there was no hot water but this well everything else.

Hotel is well located. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk make it a good business trip option. Hotel itself seems old and deteriorated, while rooms are fine, you can tell it needs a renewal fast! Staff was courteous and helped us to keep the pool open for the kids for one hour more.

I couldn't tell you no star. They charged Me double, they say that none of their "fingers" was. They blame the bank. I hope almost a month for it to be that answer. The bank is helping me because they washed the hands. It is called ABUSE. I made booking, arriving at the hotel was not in the plastic, so I told the girl that he couldn't afford it so, ok, we gave the card to my husband, there was made the charge, and we realized that was also made on my card from the moment you arrive. First call, then were exchanging e-mails, but it took them almost a month and they came out with that was the bank being a DEBIT card. The service of "breakfast included" is very bad, and gives him someone outside the hotel, lift all, and there is neither cafe later. First and last time. We got there because we had an event close by and was based. Nothing to do with the service that we get in San Geronimo Valley and! There is a HI Express that they have coffee, and tea 24 hours. They were very measly. The worst thing was the charge without my authorization, and the response that I got from them, childish, and irresponsible. Someone tell me how to put them in their place? Help Me the bank, what if not? Should they make the charge to the girl that was on reception and said she could NOT charge, and of course he did. The service was good, the aroma of the rooms and corridors was bad, apparently for not having clean carpets.
