It is a small hotel, the rooms have not been updated, they are on the second floor and there is no elevator. It has breakfast service included, pretty good.

Excellent hotel the service excellent and very friendly all the food was excellent in the restaurant very clean everything if I will return next year the hotel was excellent food was amazing service was excellent the pool area was really nice Staff was really helpful and very respectful Ectful I love the Parkview plenty of tables and cook out area just love it I will definitely be back.

The lobby was excellent. Very friendly staff and they knew how to give the required information without delay.

The food is very rich and the service is the best… I recommend the tomato broth or the tlalpeño for those working mornings and if they go to eat a rich arrachera, but only say in the end what they ask are sure they will like.

Very good hotel, I recommend ordering the Babyand if you want a different experience although it does not serve the heating of room 222. I stayed also in a room of the new building and is very well. The food is very rich, however I did not leave a tip in charge of the room/card as they do not give it to the waiters. Which also means considering bringing cash to give to the waiters and an inconvenience for those who are working and need to check the tipping bill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good, the hotel was very nice and comfortable.

Not a lot of options in Montemorelos, this was supposed to be our best option. A long list of issues to consider if staying here: — Staff seem apathetic and not really helpful — First room had an odor, requested room in newer section of the hotel but got dismissed and then got a different room still in older section, less odor but still there — Experienced very hard water (high mineral content translating in dry skin, tangled hair and no foam from the soap/shampoo) — Furniture old and general status of the room I stayed (201) seem neglected — Coffee maker failed after the third day — Key cards failed after the second day, two different rooms, same day. It took over half hour to fix since there were 2 people in front of us at the reception desk We opted for staying in Monterrey and adding a 2.5-3 hour round trip a day just to avoid this hotel.

I was in the hotel for work in a social event, do not stay in one of their rooms because the work only made use of the lounge for social events, but the hotel looks great in general in all aspects, has a palapas in the yard so say where you can Coexist and make a roast beef with friends or family and enjoy a pool where the water is really crystalline, someday I would like to Ospedarme in one of its rooms without a doubt.

This hotel has a good envirement and an excelent atention.

Nice clean room. Bottled water and coffee included in room and good basic breakfast included in cost. Hotel staff very accommodating. Beware staying on a Saturday night during the summer if you want a good nights rest unless you are a heavy sleeper. Kids screaming in the pool until 1 am and then a party outside with a live mariachi band with amplification from 1:30 am until 4:30 am.
