Today at the end of an event, an employee began to yell at several guests at the event, for absolutely no reason, claiming that someone had moved some wires, in a terrible way and very rude. Yes this person does not like his job, look for another, that terrible way to treat customers.

Very hard and smelly beds, lots of noise and loud music and late in the lobby that came to the room, I expected something better.

Mut clean excellent treatment and super attention, we definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Sorry, it's going to sound ugly but it was our experience: the room had cockroaches that never cleaned for 3 days so I had to do it myself.
One of the two showers did not work. The phone in my room did not serve so I had to get up and go to the Lobby to ask for a blanket which I was told to send to my room but never came.
The service Pèsimo, only one girl who attended us at the restaurant and a young man on our arrival, were very friendly, but the rest of the people did.
And the Internet so no talking, because we did not have during the 3 days of stay. We reported it, but no one showed up to help us.
Sorry, I don't want to discredit to the hotel, maybe it was just like that during our stay; But I wouldn't come back.

I Went for the Sunday day to eat at the restaurant and make use of the pool. In these days of warmth is ideal to be and more for children. The food included for the rate was fine, the rate too, but the pool was very dirty. He Didn't look like he had chlorine for days. The Truth was a shame to even look for the net to give it a pass and enjoy the pool, but because I did not find it.

It Is an old construction but very ermosa and ample a little neglected in terms of maintenance, it is worth it, if you need something you ask and immediately provide it. I liked the hotel.

Very good conference rooms and very good reception.

The hotel fascinated me, the rooms are quite comfortable, spacious, plus it is a very quiet hotel ideal to rest and forget about the work stress. The seasoning of their food I found delicious and I think they have the variety of ideal food on the menu. Ne Kie, means "your house" in the Huichol language and being honest, all your staff do honor to the name of the hotel.

I’ve stayed in this hotel with my family 5 times in the last two years and love it everytime. Clean! Helpful staff! The breakfast buffet is so amazing. We will be returning. (of course).

Cold. Quality/price ratio of the dubious restaurant. I had to go back and unfortunately I touched the hardest bed I have ever slept in. I don't notice any improvement.

The place is big and nice… but the rooms are very old, the beds hard and in the hallways a lot of noise is generated. If someone mumbling in the hallway, you hear it inside the room. The buffet is bad, salty or tasteless food and coffee not very good. I wouldn't come back.

Poor service in the Check a, gossip-oriented receptionists without a minimum of attention to be recorded, slow and zero attention, the mandatory breakfast buffete, bad, dry without flavor and terrible attention of the cook, do not seek the return of the client, I so less I won't come back let alone recommend it.

Nice modern hotel with great customer service. Clean neat rooms that are well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. The only downside was the lack of the basics at breakfast, none of the tables had any condiments such as salt, pepper, catsup. They can be had on request.

Nothing works at this hotel. No room service (no menu either), no one answers the phone after 7 pm, internet doesn't work in many areas and rooms. Food not great.

If they are going to issue INVOICE be very careful with the data they provide. THE RECEPTION STAFF IS VERY distracted and they record who they want, they confuse rooms, and they bill with the data that God gives them to understand.
You need to be very persistent and patient to request a remote invoice. Better make sure that they are issued at the moment and that they have been sent to the correct mail.
And well, with the exception of the distraction and disorganization of the RECEPTION STAFF the Hotel is extremely beautiful, nice and quiet.

Good location, and the price deal was excelent value! Compared to other hotels in downtown this is much better for the price you pay. Big parking lot and a restaurant bar.

It is not true that there is internet in the rooms! This literal enlamodo pool! And pedi towels for my room and never me them sent had that down I at reception by them. Too bad!

Practically only I was in the event hall for a series of conferences that were carried out in relation to my professional career, but for what little I was there I found a byen place.

The hotel has a great staff, and the interior and exterior of the buildings were both well maintained and looked very luxurious. The floors in the rooms had some type of dirt or stain, but besides that, they were very clean. The bathrooms were especially nice. The only major complaint would be that the Wi-Fi was very poor signal. I couldn't connect for longer than 2 minutes at only one bar in my room. It was better in the main lobby, but still not impressive. That needs to be fixed.

The place very clean outside, was only one night, supremely attentive and friendly staff, breakfast (buffet) delicious with a very good variety and very good taste.

Disadvantages:
-has no elevator
-the internet does not work very well, has many problems.
-attention, although they try to be good, leaves to be desired.
-the facilities are old and have many flaws.
