This place is awesome. The experience is great. The design is incredible from the wet area to the rooms. They had DJ the last night we stayed, at the pool side and was really cool! Eli from the pool area was great everyday with us.

Amazing location, great decoration and great food in the Spice Market, Mesa 1 is amazing with its 7 course dinner, the ceviche is great at the Chevy, the service is good but is not the best and considering that is a luxury hotel… that makes you feel that sometimes the balance between price and service is not right… they need to increase the menu in the Chevy and the pool… it is not the right feeling that you need to rent the shadows in front of the beach … and for 150 to 200 bucks.

This place is a work of art. Not only is it just naturally gorgeous, but the art, colors, and ambience are pure beauty. We had a wonderful stay here, and loved every minute. The food at all the restaurants was delicious, the gym, pool, and beach all great, and our room was so pretty! I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will be back!

Wedding Warning W Punta Mita, don't do it! W PUNTA MITA Stinks! Since November 2017 I've been trying to get Jose Segura attending my event and becomes deaf. We are in March 2017 and have not received a proposal for my event. Contensta no calls or emails. Lousy service! ; If that's how I care for my being the bride; Imagine how they attend an event!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing. One in particular, Eleazar, went out of his way. The rooms and facilities are top notch.

While the lobby restaurant and pool area are beautiful the rooms are older and poorly kept. For the price of this hotel I did not expect to see mildew, chipping paint or to have a loose shower head that I was afraid would fall. The rooms are small but have a good view. The “upgraded” rooms have a cheap closet system that reminds me of somthing one would have in college or their first apartment. Food selection was limited at the hotel. There is a poolside menu, and 3 other restaurants. We went to 2 or the 3 which all had small menus. One pool side beer costs more than a 6 pack at the Mercado and the breakfast buffet is $40 a person. Customer service poolside is wonderful, but the lobby staff who check you in are less than helpful. Location is beautiful, but far from town. $30-$40 taxi one way can bring you to town. Punta Mita and Salulita are 10-20 minuets away. When we were there the hotel was around 50% full and that seemed like the perfect number of people. More than that and I think pool or beach side chairs would be hard to find. I would recommend renting a condo immediately next door to the W instead of staying here or picking an all-inclusive in town. Save your $ because I know I can get a larger, cleaner, more modern room downtown in my home state for 1/3 of what a room at the W costs.

Super recommended. The weekend they have a DJ with good music in the pool. The rooms are luxury and the service is very good. Preferred.

Great hotel but watch out for the champagne at the pool. They will bring you $30 glasses.

Excellent place, away from Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta, but offers exclusivity and incredible views of Banderas Bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sweet Cano for your hospitality. 100% recommended.

Excellent views from everywhere, excellent service. But it is kind of high rate for the room, it is not a luxury room. But it worth it for the experience of being in the jungle with a scooter. The ambience it is so cool, get relaxed with the music. And explore the magic places around. Huichol and mexican art it is all around. Enjoy. Take a walk on the beach to the right side.

My friend held an awesome wedding on the beach. W staff were excellent and a great time was had by all.

Bring two wallets… One for the food & drinks, the other for the cab rides and tips. EXTREMELY PRICY! Pretty descent hotel. Spacious rooms. (Trendy) Best bet is to rent a car! Spa water was ice cold, very close to a great private beach. The cart guys are the best for true information about the area.

The most exclusive hotel at punta Mita, its amazing inmerse inside the wildreness, The rooms are amazing, the food its superve, I simply love it, just the price rates are obviously expensive, but its worth it! its at 40minutes from puerto vallarta airport! less than 3 days its better renting a car than paying a taxi! try it!

Really loved this place. Great mix of W style, great staff and Mexican nature. Art throughout was perfect, showing the local culture with perfect style. Food was excellent in all the restaurants. Only minor complaint was the spa prices seemed bit excessive, but other than that, 5 stars.

Modernity and local flavor in the decor are the weapons of seduction of this hotel. Lose yourself in its inviting swimming pool and you can't miss the renowned restaurant Spice Market, with a letter full of touches aztecs.

One of the best hotels worldwide. The local art in combination with surf style! The different types of gastronomic choices are all amazing! Obligation to eat at Spice Market! Increíble ambience, service and excelente presentation of each dish. A huge thanks to all the lovely staff and to Mr. Diego the manager. He is in every detail. Very attentive and friendly.

I am a travel agent and give this resort 5 stars. It is a beautiful oasis on the Pacific side of Mexico. The rooms, as at most W properties are very hip, the restaurants and drinks were fantastic and the bathrooms are particularly amazing. The stretch of beach is very nice and swimmable as well. The only downside for me was there was only one pool for everyone. It would be nice to have had an adults-only pool.

The building is very much in harmony with nature, in an environment of quality Remix huichol-Shoe surf-minimalist amenities, Hi tec, netflix. If you're in a car you can mix the services that you can find the cross that is 10 minutes, for example beers, or tacos on the street is also on the cross very recommended from 5pm, as that the inside of the hotel is $$$, and the beach, well, is still better than many of the north end of sayulita.

El hotel es buen lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la. Tranquilidad la comida muy rica pero las personas de servicio al cuarto muy poco atentos.

El hotel está excelente para venir a descansar. Recomiendo renta de auto en caso de que quieran salir a conocer los alrededores, ya que los traslados son muy caros. En cuanto a costos los platillos van de 280 en adelante y refrescos o alcohol de 70 para arriba. El servicio está excelente y las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas.

Trendy, chic, and world-class service. Food and drinks are top notch. Amazing design — having a Mexican and Asian inspired architecture across the board — that can be appreciated the minute you walk in. Prices are on the higher end, but you would expect that from a resort nestled in an undeveloped beach property. Overall, a perfectly well-executed new W property that's highly recommended!

Fun experience. Liked breakfast buffet, bikes and scooters, remote location. Zany rooms.

Everything is perfect from the rooms to the staff to the pool and beach. Only one down fall is the taxis are expensive.

It has a unique and very Mexican style, the rooms are very cozy and the facilities in general, attention of the staff and food of first quality.

Very strong on the food side, impressed by all I've eaten so far. Location is superb, beach as clean as it gets, decoration straight out of an Archer episode. Still finishing the place, you can tell, but it's very nice already.

So far so good! Upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. This is much more hip and trendy than the St Regis, but the service is still very good and the rooms are clean. The ceviche and tacos we've had so far have been excellent.
